首先是手机的驱动：
此为单纯的驱动而已，如果你之前手机已经安装了sync软件的话，可以无视此驱动程序。
准备工作：
关闭电源设置里面的“快速启动”
手机在“设置”-“应用程序”-“开发”里面勾选“USB调试”
手机开机状态USB连接手机（仅充电）
关闭所有sync类软件的自动连接功能（包括豌豆荚、91助手等）
暂时关闭所有防病毒软件
第一步：获取Beta KEY
在获取Beta KEY前 你需要了解手机信息
S/N&&打开电池仓 记录下来即可
或者进设置-&关于手机-&设备信息-&设备序列号也可以看到

手机完全关机，如果不会就扣电池，按住音量键-不动，然后开机键，就会出现HBOOT界面

点击Generate key，会出现一堆字母（16位数字英文混合的KEY码），复制或者记录下来

电脑解压revolutionary-0.4pre4.zip（已更新为最新版 日10时03分34秒）
手机开机状态连接电脑 运行 revolutionary.exe

命令提示符窗口会让你输入KEY&&你就粘贴进去刚才复制的KEY即可
（在cmd窗口标题栏那单击鼠标右键，弹出的菜单选择“编辑”，里面就有“粘贴”选项了，完全不用手动输入）

要得到Beta KEY，您需要在浏览器中启用 JavaScript。为此，请按照以下步骤操作：

从顶部的菜单中选择&工具&。选择&Internet 选项&。点击&安全&标签。点击&自定义级别&。向下滚动，直至看到标有&脚本&的部分。在&活动脚本&下，选择&启用&并点击&确定&。Netscape Navigator (4.8)
从顶部的菜单中选择&编辑&。选择&个性设置&。点击&高级&。选择&脚本及插件&选中&启用 JavaScript&复选框，然后点击&确定&。Mozilla Firefox (1.0)
从顶部的菜单中选择&工具&。选择&选项&。从左侧导航中选择&Web 功能&。选中&启用 JavaScript&旁的复选框，然后点击&确定&。Mozilla Firefox (1.5)
从顶部菜单中选择&工具&选择&选项&从顶部导航栏中选择&内容&选中&启用 JavaScript&旁的复选框，然后点击&确定&。Apple Safari (1.0)
从顶部的菜单中选择&Safari&。选择&个性设置&。选择&安全&。选择&启用 JavaScript&旁的复选框。仍然在遇到问题，请检查是否安装了个人防火墙或安全软件。

一气呵成，将手机解锁成ENG S-OFF。
警告：除非你确定你的确需要eng s-off解锁，否则使用ship s-off就足够了。我有必要提醒你，如果是eng s-off，那么刷官方ROM将会导致手机回到未解锁状态。注意：本人强烈不建议刷eng s-off。
SHIP: 原生版也就是系统原生自带的SPL
ENG: 工程版（自制版）这里其实更多是自制的意思，也就是大神们修改过后的SPL
一、把下载的文件改名为PG58IMG.zip，然后还是放在存储卡根目录里。（大家注意我只是为了不让文件混乱所以才在这个文件后缀加了个2而已，所以你改名的时候把那个2删了即可）
二、完全断电关机(请勿快速关机)
三、进入HBOOT（这个看完上文的朋友应该已经知道怎么进入了吧）
四、提示升级，按音量键+，开始升级。
五、完毕，重启手机。
六、还是删除此PG58IMG.zip文件。
七、宾果！

我勒个去，终于s-off了，试了一下午，我的机子和楼主说的不太一样，输入SN时要选htc sync模式，输完后再选仅充电模式，否则无法进行下一步

Q:什么是RUU
RUU全称ROM Update Utility，简单的说就是HTC官方提供的可在PC端直接运行的刷机软件。如果你的手机出现了任何的问题（比如无限重启，强制关闭等等一系列的系统问题）官方RUU也就成为了你最后的一道防线，不管手机出现任何的系统难题，都可以通过官方的RUU来解决，当然也不是完全的绝对，记住，只要你的手机可以进入HBOOT模式，那么你的手机就有救。
Q:官方RUU的文件名都代表什么意思？（我以台版RUU为例为大家解答）
RUU-Pyramid-LE-hTC-Asia-TW-1.77.709.104-Radio-10.58..15.-release-233535-signed.exe
Pyramid-LE：红色字体部分代表着此RUU的机型（Pyramid-LE也就是我们的Sensation XE）
Asia-TW：橘***字体代表的是RUU的版本归属地（Asia-WWE代表的是亚太【适合于亚太版机型】，Asia-TW代表的是亚太-台*湾【适合于台版机型】，Asia-HK代表的是亚太-香港【适合于港版机型】）
1.77.709.104：绿色字体部分代表的是RUU的版本号，也就是内核版本，目前为止台版最新版本号为：1.77.709.104
Radio-10.58..15.：蓝色字体代表的是RUU的Radio版本号。Radio是负责完善手机的信号问题（包括手机的通话信号，wifi信号等）
大家可以看到RUU的后缀名是.exe的，这就代表着RUU是一个可以在PC端运行的安装程序，它把ROM的所有文件集成到一个可运行的安装程序中，直接在PC端引导手机完成刷机，所以RUU是最安全最稳定的刷机方式，但是刷RUU要注意一定要刷对应你手机版本的才行（卡刷除外）

线刷官方RUU教程：
准备工作：
一、确认手机的销售地，并下载相应版本的RUU
进入手机的设置→关于手机→设备信息
记录下你手机的“设备序列号（也称S/N码）”或者“IMEI码”
进入网址：.tw/HTC-IMEIQuery/IMEIQuery.aspx?ct=zh-CN
输入你查询到的设备序列号或者IMEI码，记录下查询到的销售地，并根据销售地来选择对应版本的RUU进行下载
二、确保正确的安装了驱动程序
进入HTC官网下载HTC Sync套件，下载完成以后安装到电脑上，并连接你的手机将手机的连接方式选择为HTC Sync，等待电脑端套件识别手机以后它会自动安装驱动程序
运行 ROM 更新实用程序 (RUU) 前，请确认下列事项：
? Android 手机已安装了正确的电脑驱动程序。
? Android 手机已通过 USB 线连接到了电脑。电脑必须能识别 Android 手机。
? 电脑的待机或休眠模式已禁用。
? 关闭电脑上所有正在运行的应用程序。
重要注意事项
除非 RUU 向导指示，否则不要对 Android 手机进行交互操作。
如何安装 ROM 更新
警告：安装 ROM 更新实用程序 (RUU) 将会删除 Android 手机上的所有信息和数据。
在欢迎页面，单击下一步开始 RUU 安装。

注：在更新过程中，进度条可能会停止移动。这是正常现象，因为 RUU 正在自动进行调整以完成更新。

错误 [110]：文件打开错误
此错误信息表示 RUU 缺少某些文件或那些文件已损坏，因此 RUU 无法继续进行更新。您必须安装完整的 RUU 程序包，然后再重试。
错误 [120]：主电池电量
如果 Android 手机的电池电量不足 (电池电量应大于 30%)，将显示此错误信息。虽然 RUU 会提示您插接交流适配器，但仍需确认您的 Android 手机有足够电量完成更新。(Android 手机在连接到电脑安装 RUU 时无法对电池进行充电)。
错误 [130]：型号 ID 错误
错误 [131]：客户 ID 错误
如果使用错误的 RUU 进行更新，将显示上面其中一条错误信息。RUU 会检查型号 ID 和语言 ID 是否与 Android 手机兼容。请务必使用正确的 RUU 进行更新。
错误 [155~159]：映像错误
如果使用不正确的 RUU 进行更新，且映像文件超出 Flash ROM 大小，将显示上面其中一条错误信息。在这种情况下，请下载正确的 RUU 版本，然后再重试。
错误 [170]：USB 连接错误
如果 Android 手机没有正确连接到主机电脑上，将显示此错误信息。这可能是 USB 连接问题，也可能是电脑 USB 驱动程序的问题。请确保 Android 手机正确连接到主机电脑上，并/或检查电脑驱动程序是否与Android 手机相匹配。

卡刷RUU教程
准备工作：
1、一部解锁的HTC Sensation XE（解锁教程：）
2、下载自己想刷的任意版本官方RUU（之所以是任意版本RUU是因为卡刷官方RUU不需要通过序列号认证，所以可以随意刷取任何版本的RUU，不受版本限制）
官方RUU下载地址：
3、Windows 7或XP系统的电脑一台
卡刷RUU具体步骤：
1、在电脑端运行你下载的官方RUU（HTC官方RUU为.EXE格式的安装程序，直接双击运行即可，如果你下载的是.rar的压缩包，请先将压缩包解压得到RUU安装程序以后再双击运行）

2、打开RUU以后看到如下界面即可，不需要进行任何操作，也不要关闭窗口

3、提取文件名为“rom.zip”的压缩文件（Windows7和XP的提取方式有所不同，请看下面详解）
--Windows7提取方法：
执行完第1、2步骤以后，打开电脑的任务管理器（按住Ctrl+Alt+Delete即可呼出），选择“进程”项，找到一个名为“adb.exe”的进程以后点鼠标右键并选择“打开文件位置”，找到名为“rom.zip”的文件以后将其复制到电脑任意盘符（桌面也行）
--XP系统提取方法：
执行完第1、2步骤以后，打开“我的电脑”，进入系统C盘&Documents and Settings-&你的用户名（你的电脑名字是什么用户名就是什么）-&Local Settings-&Temp，进入以后按住Ctrl+F呼出搜索窗口，直接输入“rom.zip”让其自动搜索到我们要找的“rom.zip”这个文件，然后将其复制到任意盘符（桌面也行）

4、将提取出的“rom.zip”重名为“PG58IMG.zip”（字母均为大写），将重命名后的“PG58IMG.zip”放到内存卡根目录下（如果不知道什么是根目录就直接在“PG58IMG.zip”文件那里点右键，选择发送到，找到你的内存卡选择即可）
5、将手机的快速启动功能关闭（设置→电源→把快速启动后面的√取消）
6、关闭手机，按住音量减小键+电源键进入HBOOT界面，等待手机自动完成刷机即可（刷机过程较慢，请耐心等待，刷机完成以后手机会自动重启并进入设置引导界面，进行简单的设置以后手机即可正常使用）
最后也是最重要的一步，刷机完成以后请把内存卡中的“PG58IMG.zip”这个文件立即删除或重命名为其它文件名，否则下次再进入HBOOT界面的时候它还会进行刷机！！

4.0.4只是小更新，刷了RUU之后开启OTA自己更新吧，估计是不会放出来RUU的。现在4.0.3的都很难找
