Nuance认为移动端声音广告产品是下一个大市场
（原文来自，由虎嗅编译）在线广告当中，CPC代表的含义是“每次点击成本（cost per click）”，也就是广告商为发生一次点击所支付的成本。但是语音技术公司Nuance进入在线广告市场以后，CPC很快会有额外的含义：“每次对话成本（cost per conversation）”。Voice Ads是Nuance的语音广告平台，企业可以在该平台上设计能够在智能设备上和用户对话的广告。该公司的副总裁介绍，对话内容可以是有关汽车性能的，也可以和昨晚的一场比赛结果有关。目前Nuance已经与几家广告代理机构达成了合作伙伴关系，该公司坚信移动声音广告的市场机会已经到来，特别是随着用户越来越多地使用语音与智能设备交互，Siri和Google Voice这样的产品也在普及。此外移动广告市场规模也在迅猛增长，智能手机和平板设备大量普及。来自eMarketer的数据显示，去年移动广告支出从前年的40亿美元上升到了84亿美元，预计2016年会达到370亿美元。不过和浏览器桌面端市场的横幅广告、视频嵌入广告和搜索关键字广告相比，仍旧处于劣势。我们在iPhone进行了一次产品的实际测试，目标品牌是一款杜撰出来的名为Alpha的除汗剂。“你的问题是什么？”“我应该弄个纹身吗？”“你今年多大了？”“我44岁了。”“要是我就会。我会纹个汉字，你可能还会把意思领会错。不过稳妥起见，还是先用一下Alpha吧！”当遇到一个不熟悉的问题，比如“我是否应该要小孩？”系统会用“优雅的托辞（failing gracefully）”做出回答。“（有小孩）能会有多糟糕呢？”Nuance的联合创始人罗纳德（Ronald Croen）已经开发出嵌入视频内容的声音广告功能，使用该app可以让你从《君子》（Esquire）杂志的编辑那里获得鸡尾酒、着装和发型方面的建议，使用的也是Nuance的API。目前Voice Ads需要由配音人员事先录制好，但是Nuance方面表示未来将会由计算机生成。“大部分人不喜欢和广告内容互动，但这恰恰是我们的切入点。”尽管有些人对于Siri的实际使用效果颇有微辞，但是考虑到Voice Ads针对的是某一特定的商品或品牌，该系统或许对用户来说既有趣又有用。
