2014年7月期末考试成绩查分的通知日　教务处
各系、分校：
一、期末考试成绩
（一）2014年7月份的期末考试成绩省校已公布，请各系、分校通知学生按时查看成绩。如学生对期末考试成绩怀疑有误或者参加了考试而没有成绩的学生。请于9月1日―2日前到学校行政楼三楼308室登记填写《成绩复查登记表》办理查分。逾期省校不予受理。（备注：填写的《成绩复查登记表》要按新、旧系统分开填写；学号、试卷号必须填写正确无误。）
（二）2014年秋季毕业班学生（含往届毕业生）进行毕业办证、专升本最后一门课程58分以上（含58分）有要求复评的学生，请填写《广东电大考试成绩复评审批表》于8月27日当天下午17：00前到行政楼三楼308室陈老师办理复评。逾期将不予受理，敬请留意。
二、实践课成绩
（一）如已完成提交社会调查、毕业论文、课程设计等实践环节报告且在省电大成绩查询平台www.cj.上无法查询成绩的学生，请在集中开学报到注册（9月3日-9月5日）时，到教学楼一楼综合服务大厅教务处窗口登记填写《成绩复查登记表》复查。（或到行政楼三楼308室登记复查）。
（二）实践课成绩“不及格”或“没做”的学生，重做或补做的，请学生到其相关专业的系助理登记申请，由各系根据学生的申请作出相应的指导安排，并于9月30日前将学生的申请汇总名单表报教务处，由教务处办理报考的相关事宜。
