Mexico, Jan. 1J. The Pensamiento, Miramon's
organ at Guadalajara, states that Miramon would
not accept the Presidency, nor favor Kobles, but
adhered to Zuloaga's plan. Miramon was marching on the capital. Degallado was at Morelia.
Miramon had ordered a forced loan to be made at
Guadalajara, including foreigners, who paid under a threat of expulsion.
The press in the capital states that the French
