我有话说 　　进入寒假，很多学生都会选择去补习班补课，对此，大部分家长[微博]都是举双手赞成，认为学生只有补课才是正事，否则一个假期浑浑噩噩浪费了，补习总比在家强。所以，只要学生进入补习班，就万事大吉了，自己的任务就算完成，至于能学成什么样子，则是学生自己的事情了，自己只要按时缴费就可以，安心做起了自己的甩手掌柜。业内老师提醒：这是错误认知，寒假补课家长也得有参与，合作、配合才能事半功倍。 　　甩手掌柜表现一 　　补习就比在家好 学不好也学不坏 　　常春藤教育基地隋老师讲到，寒假对于学生来说是难得的放松时间，所以手机、电脑成为最直接的玩具，而很多家长认为与其这样浪费一个假期的时间，还不如让孩子进入一个补习班，在补习班即使不能帮助学生有效提升成绩，也比在家玩游戏强得多，上就比不上强，即使学不好也学不坏。对于具体要让学生在假期补习达到什么程度，达到一个什么样的目标，根本没有计划，上课辅机构纯粹是为了占用孩子的游戏时间。 　　隋老师认为，家长这样的想法是对学生的学习根本没有目的，让学生补习更多是为了寻找心理平衡，在这种消极想法的影响下，学生同样难以找到学习的目标和动力，补习变成了消磨时间。这就要求家长，在让学生进行补习的时候，要将目标明确，让学生知道自己的学习和努力的方向。 　　甩手掌柜表现二 　　不管学习过程 只看学习效果 　　隋老师说还有一种现象在家长中表现比较突出，那就是只看结果，不管过程。隋老师认为，这种现象是很多家长的通病，这些家长不在乎孩子补习多久，也不在乎孩子补习的内容是什么，过程怎么样，只要求补习效果，成绩提高就是好效果，成绩没有提高就是没有效果。 　　这种想法虽然可以理解，但是有着一定的误区，容易让家长进入一个唯成绩论的牛角尖。尤其在假期补习的过程中，很多学校的补习内容主要是巩固旧知识或者提前学习新知识，这样就导致学生学习的效果难以在短期内得到一个相应的衡量及评定，而且有的学生甚至主要是培养学习习惯或进行学习方式方面的学习，这样就更难以在短期内看到成绩。而家长只看成绩，就会让学生的部分补习变得看起来没有必要及意义。 　　甩手掌柜表现三 ...
