2010款，三年跑了2.5万公里，放地库一个半月昨天启动后发现空调出风口无风，无论是制冷还是加热都没有一丝风出来，此时车的电脑系统没有任何报警信息。咨询技术支持后被告知这种现象一般不是鼓风机电阻烧毁就是风机挂了。2013年3月购车已出保修期，花银子自不必说了。估计连工带料5000上下，于是决定先自己动手试试吧。
车子平时都是放在地库中，保养也是正规所以这个故障实在不得其解

储物箱的六条螺丝是内六花的，拆掉后可轻松取下，此时要注意储物箱后面的4条线速，仔细将其与箱体分离方可拿走储物箱。需记下位置以便顺利复原。

根据上图给出了实测数据，判断调速模块正常，故障就是风机了，测量风机的输入电阻是1.8欧姆。继续拆。

风机拆卸相对简单，只要反时针旋转即可将风机取下来，注意图中的小耳朵需要轻微的从卡位出退出来，否则风机不能反时针退出。

拆到这仔细观察没有发现风机线圈烧毁或断线的问题，于是只能怀疑电机整流子接触不良，用常用的电机修复方法将整流子用细砂纸打磨后再量电机输入电阻为0.3欧姆，此后慢慢用手旋转电机转子360度都是0.3欧姆。电机修复，按反向拆卸步骤装回车上后鼓风机工作正常。

分析总结如下。车一个半月停放地库，鼓风机中有潮气造成电机整流子表面氧化，就是开始量出的1.8欧姆，5到10伏的驱动电压不能使风机旋转。补充一点，这个故障如果不是在地库停留这么长时间，氧化是不会发生的。今天试车跑了50公里空调工作正常。
以此帖与童鞋分享，为大家提供些维修经验，也可省掉不该花的银子。
