WP8.1手机Lumia 638下载应用时要求设置“我的家人”解决办法

638在下载应用的过程中，有时候会出现弹窗要求用户设置“我的家人”的情况，事实上，这是因为你的Microsoft帐户缺少某些信息（出生日期或所在国家地区等），那么遇到这样的情况要如何解决呢？
1、在电脑登陆live账号（）
2、在帐户里面完善信息，超过18周岁。
3、修改完生日后，在电脑端修改微软帐号的密码！
4、进入手机端“设置→电子邮件+账户”，短按一下账户，然后修改用户密码，保存；而后长按账户，选择同步即可。

　　5月初首款原生搭载Windows Phone8.1的双卡千元机型诺基亚 Lumia630在国内发布。时隔一个多月之后的6月中旬，Lumia630的单卡4G版Lumia638(移动4G)和Lumia636(联通4G)又 在国内发布。今天我们便一起来了解一下其中的移动4G版Lumia638。

　　很 多用过Windows Phone手机的用户都了解，即便是512MB的系统内存依然能够比较流畅的运行，对此在之前的《微软现身解释：为何512MB的 WP8.1很流畅》、《512MB小不小？ Lumia630&狂踢世界杯&》等文章中曾经也有过相关解释和测试。不过512MB的内存仍然难免引来了不 少吐槽之声，不知是否是因为注意到了这部分用户的需求，微软将Lumia638和Lumia636都升级为了1GB内存，这是其与之前的Lumia630 在核心配置的一个小升级。不过也不得不指出的是，Lumia638和636都取消了Lumia630的双卡支持，变为了单卡。
　　首先了解一下Lumia638的配置信息——基于最新的Windows Phone8.1系统的Lumia Cyan版本，4.5英寸 FWVGA(854*480像素)屏幕(221ppi)，康宁第三代大猩猩玻璃保护，1.2GHz的骁龙四核处理器，系统内存1GB、机身存储8GB，支 持最大128GB扩展存储，500万像素摄像头，光圈f/2.4，支持720p视频拍摄。
　　之前的Lumia630共有黑、白、绿、黄四种颜色版本，与之略有不同的是，Lumia638虽然同样是四种颜色，但改为了黑、白、橙、黄四种颜色。之前的绿色变为了新的橙色主打，今天我们拿到的便是这款橙色的Lumia638。

　　诺基亚Lumia638的黑、白版本外壳均为磨砂表面，橙、黄两种颜色均为果冻式亮面，在原本底色的基础上添加了一层亮面透明层，类似于果冻的效果。由于亮面的作用，其感觉与黑、白磨砂的低调不同，显得更为张扬高调一些。

　　在Lumia638的发布会上，微软方面曾回应称，Lumia638的橙、黄色亮面外壳支持更换磨砂外壳，现场也展示了磨砂橙色和果冻式橙色两种外壳。果冻式外壳更为润滑，但容易沾染指纹，磨砂外壳相对低调一些。个人还是比较倾向于喜欢磨砂外壳。

橙色的标配为右侧的果冻式亮面外壳(左侧为磨砂外壳，非标配)
　　Lumia638 由于是移动4G版，也是国内首款支持移动4G的Windows Phone手机，所以其正面底部正中间可以看到一个“4G”的LOGO，机身背部也添加了 “China Mobile 4G LTE”的LOGO。这是除了颜色之外，其与Lumia630在外观上的唯一不同之处。

　　近日推送的Lumia Cyan系统
　　Lumia638搭载的是最新的Windows Phone8.1系统，固件版本名称为“Lumia Cyan”，是微软近期正在对所有Windows Phone机型推送的最新版本。

内置很多第三方应用
　　Lumia638 由于是移动4G版，所以其中内置了不少移动应用，除此之外，其中还整合了不少第三方应用，比如有道词典、咪咕音乐、和通讯录、智能拨号应用、UC浏览器 等。其中确实有应用能够提升一些体验，但如此之多的非原生应用加入手机当中让人感到有些凌乱，好在微软Windows Phone系统不同于 Android和iOS，可以删除这些应用(重置之后会再次出现)。

　　移动4G网速是3G的7-8倍
　　对 于移动、联通两个4G版本的Lumia638和Lumia636，Lumia638能够支持TD-SCDMA、WCDMA双3G和TDD-LTE和 FDD-LTE双4G网络；Lumia636支持WCDMA网络和TDD-LTE、FDD-LTE双4G网络。Lumia638支持的TDD-LTE频段 略多(38、39、40、41号)、FDD-LTE支持的频段略少(3、7号)，Lumia636相反——对TDD-LTE支持的频段略少(41号)，对 FDD-LTE支持的频段略多(1、3、7号)。
　　由于是移动4G版，所以Lumia638网络设置当中添加了一个4G开关选项，但取消了对移动2G的支持。
　　在网速体验方面，大家可以通过下面利用测速达人应用测试的数据对比一下其移动3G和4G的网速差别——

移动3G测速结果
　　注：测试结果会受到不同地点的网络信号影响，但本文结果是在同一地点的测试结果、3G和4G测试时间相隔5分钟左右。数据结果仅供参考。
　　显然，中国移动不够给力的3G网络更加凸显了移动4G的网速优势，4G网速达到了3G的7-8倍之多。高速移动4G网络体验的确很爽。

　　在 之前的《512MB小不小？ Lumia630&狂踢世界杯&》文章中，笔者曾测试过游戏体验，512MB的Lumia630能够体验《狂野飙车8：极速 凌云》(949MB)和《Football Cup》、《Football League 3D》等游戏，不过并不能够体验《FIFA14》 (904MB)游戏。那么，1GB的Lumia638会否能够有多改变呢？经过测试，答案是肯定的。升级的1GB系统内存的确起到了一定的效 果，Lumia638已经能够体验《FIFA14》这款大型游戏。

　　除了在游戏等体验方面，1GB的系统内存还有一个作用，那就是根据近日的消息，其将能够支持微软即将推送的Windows Phone8.1新动态锁屏界面，而512MB将不能够获得支持。

　　结语：
　　诺基亚Lumia638相比Lumia630来说增加了对高速4G网络的支持，同时颜色变为了黑、白、橙、黄四种颜色，之前的绿色变为了新的橙色主打，扩增的1GB内存也的确起到了一定的效果。但其也放弃了Lumia630的双卡支持，变为了单卡。
　　相比而言，4G网络和1GB内存要比双卡双待吸引力更高，不过因此其价格也要略高一些，1299相比999元高出了300元。但其实在其发布会上微软自己也 提到了，1299元只是微软公布的建议官方数据，实际上市场上在售的Lumia638已经低于此价格很多。总体而言，Lumia638对于打算体验全新 Windows Phone8.1系统、同时希望体验4G网络、但又资金有限的用户来说是一款值得考虑的机型。

　　6月12日上午消息，在亚洲通信展上正式推出诺基亚Lumia
636和Lumia 638，这两款产品为Lumia 630的移动/联通4G版本，是首款支持4G网络制式的Windows Phone 8.1手机。
　　诺基亚Lumia
636/638延续了Lumia系列的设计风格，采用聚碳酸酯材质机身，提供黑色、白色、橙色和黄色等四种配色可选，并且可更换外壳。配置上，Lumia
638/636采用4.5英寸全贴合LCD显示屏，配备耐刮擦的康宁大猩猩三代玻璃屏。搭载1.2GHz骁龙400四核处理器，500万像素摄像头、支持自动对焦。内置1GB
RAM+8GB ROM存储组合（支持128GB microSD卡扩展），以及配置1830毫安容量电池。
　　在网络方面，Lumia 638为移动4G机型，Lumia
636为联通4G机型，支持TD-LTE制式的4G网络，可向下兼容WCDMA以及GSM网络。此外，两款新机都搭载有全新WP8.1系统，提供了更多内容的动态磁贴、通知中心以及全新的WP
8.1企业套装、微软Office移动办公应用套装、OneDrive等功能。
　　据小编了解到，诺基亚Lumia 638将于6月21日起通过所有渠道正式发售，而联通版本的诺基亚Lumia
636则将于7月5日通过国美独家渠道发售。官方给出的建议零售价为1299元。
