问题的表现
使用 iTunes 9 或更高版本同步 iPhone、iPad 或 iPod touch 时，可能会出现以下现象之一：
显示错误消息，表明 AppleMobileDeviceSync 已停止响应
同步已完成，但是您的电脑、iPhone、iPad 或 iPod touch 上没有发生任何变化
电脑上与 OpenSSL 相关的旧文件（但是通常包括在其他软件中）位于某些系统位置时会产生冲突。
受影响的产品
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, iTunes 9 for Windows, iPod nano (5th generation)
本文介绍当以下某个位置包含 LIBEAY32.DLL 或 SSLEAY32.DLL 时进行同步的问题：
Windows XP、Windows Vista（32 位）或 Windows 7（32 位）
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 或C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\
Windows Vista（64 位）或 Windows 7（64 位）
C:\WINDOWS\SYSWOW64 或C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
如果 C:\Windows\System32 或 C:\Windows\Syswow64 文件夹中不存在 LIBEAY32.DLL 或 SSLEAY32.DLL，则下面的文章可以帮助您解决在 Outlook 和 iPhone、iPad 或 iPod touch 之间进行同步的问题：
验证您是否与支持同步的应用程序同步数据。
必须先配置 Microsoft Outlook 才能进行同步。
使用 Unicode PST 文件与 Microsoft Outlook 2003 或 Microsoft Outlook 2007 同步。
查找有关与 Microsoft Outlook 同步的其他故障诊断提示。
如果上述文件存在，请：
检查是否有安装了这些文件的软件的更新。只要使用的是这些文件的最新版本，iTunes 就会同步。对发送给设备的数据或通过 Internet 发送的数据进行加密的软件可能会安装这些文件。
