and .Already on LinkedIn? Already on LinkedIn? Small architectural/ interior design firm in Coral Gables area seeks creative, high-quality, self- driven intermediate level Architectural Designer with comprehensive skills.
Minimum 3-4 years in field work with proven experience in all phases of residential, commercial and/or hospitality design. Preferably, licensed architect with local experience is a must! Must excel in conceptual planning skills, strive for upscale and innovative and detail oriented design solutions, show initiative in problem solving and work well with Design Principal. Must have graphic presentation/ production skills and knowledge of purchasing and project supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing are required along with strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, and Word required. Proficiency in Rhino, Sketch up, Illustrator, InDesign, 3D modeling/rendering preferred.
Other Requirements: o
Architect with local experience of at least 3 years is a must o
Knowledge of Modern Furniture Resources. o
Experience maintaining specification schedules, specification binders and material samples. o
Experience in production and coordination of architectural and mill work construction documents. o
Architectural License is a plus
