什么是SMP（头皮纹发）?
SMP的英文全写为Scalp Micro Pigmentation，即头皮微色素着色素绣发，是一种利用色素着色于头皮皮肤真皮层的技术，着色完成后，观感有如头发毛囊一样。当在几吋或更遥远的距离外看去，仿如真正头发毛囊的色素点令客户看上去像刚剪了一个极短的平头装发型。SMP根据一套灰阶配色，适用于大部分不同肤色的客户，包括苍白至非常深色的肤色。只需改变色素，HIS便可为不同发色的客户提供疗程，包括本身是红发、金发或较年长而发色已转为灰或银色的客户。一般而言，视乎治疗前的脱发程度，客户选用SMP后，需到我们的发理中心进行2至5次疗程，每次需时15分钟至4小时。
SMP像真的吗？
由头皮长出头发的直径，在正常白人男性身上约为77微米；亚裔人士为67微米；非裔人士为120微米。而于真皮层着色的SMP的色点直径一般为90至150微米。这直径数字看上去可能较真正的人类毛发大，但当我们在6吋或以外地方看去，仿真色点的大小与真发毛囊几乎无异。很多时候，即使连站在1呎（0.3米）处的家人都看不出你的真发和SMP的接驳处何在。
可以使用SMP掩饰植发疤痕吗？
可以。SMP 能大大改善过去植发手术留下疤痕的可见度。疤痕掩饰的程度视乎纤维组织本身。然而，混入疤痕周围的头发后，植发疤痕便较难察觉，在大部分个案中几乎毫不着迹。
有效期限有多长？
小心照顾和护理，包括在室外时使用强效防晒产品，SMP很多时都可以在多年后保持优质效果。我们预计，在身体健康、免疫系统正常的客户进行完整的SMP疗程后，效果可维持8-15年，在此之后才需要补色。在一些免疫系统持别强壮的客户身上，又或客户经常在阳光下工作，则疗程补色需要较早进行。每位用家个案都是独特的，因此问题并无既定标准答案。
SMP采用了什么色素或墨水？
我们大部分采用的色素都含有多种金属氧化物，可复制适用于大部分客户的发丝灰阶。如客户本身的头发十分浅色或发色偏红，我们会添加ss胡萝卜素。我们当然希望提供更多有关色素的资料，但HIS经过多年研发才调配出完美的SMP疗程配方，因此我们不便将太多专利秘密公开，以免竞争对手或冒牌商人擅加仿制。
长时间后，SMP会否出现褪色、渗色或变蓝的情况？
我们相信这些情况在身体健康人士上很少机会出现，任何着色于真皮层上的色素最终都会褪色，但我们预计SMP在出现任何可见的褪色以前，最少可维持数年或更长的时间。如使用一般纹身墨水来伪冒SMP，会较大可能出现褪seqing况。阳光中的紫外光辐射很多时都会分解身上的纹身墨水以供身体吸收，结果加快褪色，也令渗seqing况浮现。这是因为纹身墨水经降解后，它们的发色团会被改变，造成变色。
SMP可否还原？
可以。SMP着色可以使用电子光学Q开关激光移除，方法是透过热力分解SMP着色效果，让真皮中的白血球吞噬细胞把其吸收。SMP在大部分个案中均颇易移除，因为色素深入程度远较一般纹身墨水低。然而，电子光学激光仪价格十分高昂，因此很多以激光去除纹身作为招徕的诊所本身并无设置该部仪器。HIS现时在其中一家发理中心中提供移除SMP的服务，在往后日子亦可能会将该项服务扩充至其他分店。据资料显示，希望完全清除SMP的客户至今少于1%。
SMP疗程进行时会感到痛楚吗？
痛楚感觉视乎个人而定。有客户会在绣发师进行疗程时睡着，也有另一些客户在疗程进行期间，感到太阳穴和耳朵上方痛楚。具体情况视乎个人而定。大部分客户表示，若以1至10来为痛楚程度评分，疗程的痛楚度约在3至5之间。
我怎知道自己大概需要多少SMP 着色效果？
大部分情况下，你可以参考著名的Hamilton-Norwood男性秃头分类表，它由第一级开始，随秃头程度增加递升至第7级。在我们治理过的男性客户中，大部分都会希望SMP覆盖头皮后可做到Norwood I或II级的效果。
