顽固性失眠是一种久治不愈的失眠症,以入睡困难、早醒、睡眠中易醒、醒后再难入睡,睡眠质量下降(多梦、睡眠时间减少等)、头昏头胀为主要症状。用茯神枣仁汤加减治疗,疗效满意。  方药:炒酸枣仁15克,茯神10克,合欢花9克,夜交藤15克,龙齿9克,麦冬9克,石斛12克,炒白芍15克,夏枯草10克,朱砂1克(冲服),珍珠母30克(先煎),水煎,每日1剂,分2次温服。  此外,严重的失眠,可配合敷脐疗法:朱砂0.2克填脐中,外用纱布包好固定,晚放晨取。对心肾不交引起的兴奋性神经官能症,可用灯芯竹叶汤[灯芯草1.5~3克(3扎)、淡竹叶9克煎汤]代茶饮用,临睡前顿服。
