　　安眠药又名安定本品白色或类白色结晶性粉末;无臭，味微苦几乎不溶于水，可溶于盐酸遇酸或碱及受热易水解，口服药物在胃酸的作用下开环，进入碱性肠道又重新环合成原药因此，不影响药物的生物利用度抗焦虑，停药后代偿性反跳较轻，停药困难轻后遗效应较轻安全范围大

　　1.主要用于焦虑、镇静催眠，还可用于抗癫癎和抗惊厥;2.缓解炎症引起的反射性肌肉痉挛等;3.用于治疗惊恐症;4.肌紧张性头痛;5.可治疗家族性、老年性和特发性震颤6.可用于麻醉前给药
　　用法与用量
　　成人常用量：抗焦虑，一次2.5～10mg，一日2～4次;镇静，一次2.5～5mg，一日3次;催眠，5～10mg睡前服;急性酒精戒断，第一日一次10mg，一日3~4次，以后按需要减少到一次5mg，每日3～4次小儿常用量：6个月以下不用，6个月以上，一次1～2.5mg或按体重40～200&g/kg，每日3～4次，用量根据情况酌量增减最大剂量不超过10mg
　　不良反应
　　1.常见的不良反应，嗜睡，头昏、乏力等，大剂量可有共济失调、震颤2.罕见的有皮疹，白细胞减少3.个别病人发生兴奋，多语，睡眠障碍，甚至幻觉停药后，上述症状很快消失4.长期连续用药可产生依赖性和成瘾性，停药可能发生撤药症状，表现为激动或忧郁
