拍立得为什么会成为一个好生意？

胶片相机已经成为历史，但富士仍然能够把拍立得做成赚钱的生意。
在消费领域，胶片相机早已经成为数码相机的背影，但富士的拍立得(Checky)相机却是一个坚强的存在。
据富士胶片4月底发布的的2014财年财报称，通过立拍立现来展现影像魅力的一次成像影像系统再次风靡，在全球都保持良好的上升势头。去年10月，富士胶片曾宣布将2014财年(截至2015年3月)拍立得的销售目标上调17%，全年销量将增至2013财年的1.5倍，达到350万台。
实际上，2014年富士拍立得的销量已经超过了富士数码相机的销量。和柯达等传统的相机公司一样，富士胶片面向普通消费者的胶片相机遭受了毁灭性的打击。如今富士的数码相机同样境况不佳，在智能手机的竞争下销量逐渐下滑。日本国际相机影像器材工业协会的数据显示，2014年数码相机全球供货量比上一年减少31%，仅为4343万部，连续4年出现同比下滑。
富士拍立得早在1990年代就已经上市，直到2008年销量也仅有25万台。2013年开始富士拍立得销量大涨，当年销量达到了230万台。去年10月，富士胶片宣布投资10亿日元(约合0.52亿元人民币)增加拍立得30%的产量。那么富士拍立得是如何在一个行业衰退的环境中获得高速增长的呢?
绝佳的体验 技术带来了性能的提升、便携性和成本的下降，这是智能手机能够取代胶片相机和数码相机的基础，更为关键的是智能手机带来了更好的体验。而富士拍立得能够大受欢迎的核心是，它那种即拍即得的惊喜感和大受女孩子欢迎的外形是智能手机无法取代的。再加上社交网络的传播效应，富士拍立得已经形成了自己独特的用户体验。
好的商业模式 富士拍立得的售价不高，但是用来拍照的一次性相纸却能带来持续的消费，通常一张相纸的售价在5元人民币左右。这是一种远比数码相机要高明的商业模式&数码相机只能赚到一次性的硬件销售利润，而富士拍立得却是类似运营商那样的模式，硬件销售规模越大，相纸带来的利润规模更大。
排他性 富士拍立得能够做大的一个重要的原因是，那些低成本的竞争者几乎不会进入这个市场。随着胶片相机市场的萎缩，很少有大公司或者大的资金会愿意进入这一市场，拍立得是一个更小众的市场，对于大公司来说这个市场并不具备投资价值。而对于小公司来说，一次性成像技术的研发和生产启动成本都很高，同样也很难有利可图。
作为胶片时代的两个领先的公司，富士和柯达在自身的转型上选择了不同的策略，也带来了完全不同的结果。柯达选择了跟随数码相机的潮流，但是数码相机在智能手机的增长中失去了生存的空间，柯达也随之陷入了困境。
富士的转型看起来没有柯达这么剧烈，却非常务实和有前瞻性&富士更注重的是在胶片业务已经积累的技术上如何创造新的技术和市场，而不是摆脱原有的技术积累去追求全新的业务。这种策略使得富士最终转向了医疗领域，比如一种照片冲洗的技术能让药物精准抵达患者的患病部位。
而富士拍立得也是这种务实策略的延续。技术的进步虽然摧毁了传统胶片相机的需求，但并没有摧毁消费者对于美好拍照体验的需求。拍立得提供的正是一种和新技术无关的体验，同时也是新技术无法替代的。富士胶片图像事业部部长山元正人认为，&消费者们喜欢拍照后马上就打印出来的惊喜感，以及作为实物拿在手上可以保存起来的感觉。&
我们处在一个技术更新如此之快的时代，很多行业、公司甚至职业都被新技术所颠覆。这种颠覆会给很多人带来恐慌，很直接的一个结果就是抛弃了自己一直所擅长的，去追求转型和改变。但正如富士所展现的，一个理性的公司需要搞清楚自己的能力圈，然后选择一个务实的改变方式，否则盲目的改变只能给自己造成更大的恐慌和损失。商业就是这样。
