本人机器为MB525天津制造。新加坡版本的机子。安卓2.2.2&&，工程模式&&刷机模式 全进不去。开机黑屏，RSD连接左上方有小白灯显示，（但是手机黑屏），也识别手机，刷了好几十个版本。都是不开机，没反应，托人拿到摩托客服人家说写死了，让我返厂，我实在是没那个耐心等啊。大家有什么好办法吗？谢谢了!

来手机淘之后一直忙于做网站。维修.刷机就顾不上，今天同事把用作公话的mb525刷死机，这可不行没有它淘友们怎么联系我们啊！迫于无赖必须搞好。之前也害得几位淘友花450元换所谓的‘cpu套件’―JS的确存在。凭良心说我修手机时绝对未干过那等事!!
&&话不多说了，首先，到国行2.3.4的rom底包可以救活刷死机的mb525水货。红镜头刷完就搞定，绿镜头需要打上相机补丁包。所以，挑红绿镜头的机友没有什么实质意义。
首先要下载安装

点OK后，重新启动RSD。
3、进入bootloader模式
& & 关机后，同时按住电源键跟音量上键约2秒，会看到屏幕小亮一下，这时候再同时松开，会看到如下界面：

4、用USB线连接电脑跟DEFY

5、点RSD上 filename后面“...”的按钮，找到SBF文件（注意文件路径以及文件名都不能有中文）。

6、点RSD上的START，就开始刷机了，记得USB线千万不能拔。
& &这是刷机过程中的图，安心的等待就行了，另外可以看看CPU的型号，确实是3630。

两三分钟后，DEFY会自动进行第一次重启，重启后出现
& && &SW Update
& && &In progress...& &&&的字样，此时继续等待RSD上跳百分比就行了。
& &再几分钟后，DEFY就自动进行第二次重启了，这次重启出现的就是M的LOGO了。
& &直到RSD上出现PASS的时候，OK。

7、拔线关RSD，刷机完成。
如果是绿镜头，不照相。请看下面教程
1、手机要进行ROOT（三楼有defy＋root教程），ROOT后将USB调试关掉（设置-应用程序-开发）
2、先把补丁载下来（不要解压）
3，将下载下来的ZIP包放入SD卡根目录
4、安装Bootstrap_V2.5.1.8_CN、确定一下自己的手机是不是已经将USB调试关掉了，如果未关，在进行第5步后手机会黑屏。如果黑屏，请抠电池，等五秒后再插上电池，启动手机。
5、在应用列表中打开“恢复系统”，点确定，再点安装恢复系统，稍等几秒后会弹出“Install Success!”点确定。之后点击“恢复模式启动”
6、用音量+、-键进行选择电源键进行确定，先双wipe，再选择第五项“install zip from sdcard”
7、选择第二项“choose zip from sdcard”
8、在列表中选择放置于SD卡根目录的ZIP补丁包（一般情况是在最后一行）。
9、选择下面的“Yes-Install XXXXXX.zip”（XXXXX.zip是ZIP补丁包的名称）
10、稍等片刻，正在打补丁。打完补丁后，屏幕上方会出现几个选项，选择最下面的“Go Back”
11、再选择第一项“reboot system now”此时绿镜头补丁已经打上。系统自动重启，进入系统后即可正常使用照相功能
