中风的5个前兆
1、肢体麻木——中老年人出现肢体麻木的异常感觉，除颈椎病、糖尿病外，如伴有头痛、眩晕、头重脚轻、舌头发胀等症状，或有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病或脑动脉硬化等疾病史时，应多加以注意，警惕中风发生，突然发病或单侧肢体乏力，站立不稳，很快缓解后又发作要当心。
2、头晕——中老年人中风前兆，会反复出现瞬间眩晕，突然自觉头晕目眩，视物旋转，几秒钟后便恢复常态，可能是短暂性脑缺血发作，俗是中风的先兆，应及早诊治，防止中风发生。
5、说话吐字不清——脑供血不足时，使人体运动功能的神经失灵，常见症状之一是突然说话不灵或吐字不清，甚至不会说话，但持续时间短，最长不超过24小时，应引起重视，还有原因不明的口角歪斜、口齿不清或伸舌偏斜都要注意。
4、中老年人中风先兆最常见的是，眼睛突然发黑——单眼突然发黑，看不见东西，几秒钟或几十秒钟后便完全恢复正常，医学上称单眼一次性黑朦，是因为脑缺血引起视网膜缺血所致，是中风的又一信号，反复发作的眩晕欲吐、视野缩小或复视。二十五味珍珠丸.cn/yaopin/238025.htm安神开窍。用于中风；半身不遂，口眼歪斜，昏迷不醒，神志紊乱，谵语发狂等。

中风吃什么水果好？冬天的血压普遍比夏天要高，加上天气寒冷，人们会多吃些食物来御寒，热量和脂肪摄入增加，特别是口味较重的人，吃的东西过咸，都可造成血压升高，脑中风高发。专家提醒：冬吃“四果”有助降血压、防中风。
柚子：柚子营养丰富，含有糖类、有机酸、维生素A、B1、和钙、磷等营养成分，。故柚肉能降血脂、减少血液黏滞度，减少血栓形成，有防治脑血管疾病等功效。
橘子：橘子含丰富的蛋白质、维生素C等，有降低胆固醇吸收、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
橙子：橙子中维生素C、胡萝卜素含量高，能软化和保护血管;果胶能帮助身体排泄废物，减少外源性胆固醇的吸收，排毒的同时还可降低血脂，增加毛细血管弹性，降低胆固醇。
柠檬：柠檬富含维生素C、P，能增强血管弹性和韧性，预防和治疗高血压和心肌梗塞。
