我一直都是插在墙上的网线插口用的，猫被放在电源箱那，我们家的线路都是在墙里的！
这样的啊，那我说的情况就排除了，难道是你拔线的时候没兏电脑上断开连接直接拔了。

你得先选择断开宽带连接
再拔线，否则那边以为你一直在连着，到他识别为断开有个缓冲时间，有时半天有时一天，
不过，我记得这种情况是提示691 619 629 676，这几个随机显示，不是651啊
虽说651是线路问题但是关键是线路没动啊，要说口不行，换回原地方也不行啊所以我猜测还是连接延迟

安宽带的说的，我试过联通的确实是只有一个口能用，电信的我没试过，但光猫原理都一样都是华为的，应该一样吧，你试试。
拔插网线应该不会引起上不了网的问题，只要不是拔坏了线，接错了，那就只能报修了

你好，我在电信工作9年经验，错误651就是线路问题，出现这样错误你电脑应该是win7系统，或更高版本，才有651提示，首先你要检查你电脑上的本地连接，win7系统，在网络-打开网络和共享中心-更改适配器设置里，把本地连接开启，一定要把网线直接插到猫的lan1口里，然后进行拨号。然后你是不是安装了路由器？如果你安装了路由器，你首先把路由器设置好，路由设置好了以后就不用拨宽带连接了，路由替你拨了，具体设置看说明，如果看不懂可以追问我。
