Abstract:Target an increasing number of tendon allograft for interspersed ligament (anterior Cruciate ligament, ACL reconstruction, but the disposal of tendon allograft and retention approach has not been reached consensus. The purpose of this experiment was to analyze the biomechanical effects of repeated freezing and thawing treatment on the tendon of the allograft, and to provide the practical basis for the treatment and retention of allograft. Methods aseptic condition from three voluntary donation novel dead bodies on fetch superficial flexor tendon 24, hallux flexor hallucis longus tendon six, were randomly divided to 6 groups, namely, novelty group, frozen thaw group 1, group 2 times of freezing and thawing and freezing and thawing three times group, freezing and thawing five times group and freeze-thaw groups of 10 times, each containing superficial flexor tendon of finger four and flexor pollicis longus tendon 1. A freezing thawing cycle was taken for 4 days, 25 days, and degrees C, and the structural characteristics, mechanical properties and viscoelastic changes were detected after the tendon was set up by the freezing and thawing cycles.
