你好，有症状不能说明你就是感染了，有很多的人，出现过跟艾滋相同的症状，检测后都是没有感染的。所以不要有一点症状，就想到自己是感染了艾滋，增加自己的恐惧，以检测为准。很多其它的病，也会有跟艾滋相同的症状，只有检测才是唯一的。反过来讲，没有症状并不代表没有感染，临床上有百分三十左右感染者初期没有任何症状，所以一切以检测为准。别忘记采纳哦。
