收到朋友圈看不到图片信息,有内容的，二十几分钟后点什么就看不到了,什么回事？

Nokia 诺基, 手机质量有问题，用了不到二十天通话有回音，基本听不到对方说什么。1号店网址上连个在线客服都没有，打售后电话，售后让打诺基亚的售后，给你个号码完事，打诺基亚售后，让找当地售后点，找当地售后点说要关门了，不接单了，而且这种百十块钱的手机一般都直接换货，让找1号店，再找1号店，让寄到南京诺基亚售后去维修，或者给1号店去代理，要2到3周的时间，折不折腾啊，请问这2到3周的时间我用什么？寄去了是不是被收到了谁告诉我？收到后的维修进展谁跟我对接？不能我每次都打客服问，然后再跟每个人说一下事情的整改过程啊，我都嫌累，很庆幸是买的百十块钱的东西，没买大件，要不然就要欲哭无泪了。
