构建绿色校园,是一个长期、可持续发展的过程,需要每一个成员的共同努力；绿色校园,不仅体现在绿色的校园环境上,更体现在每一位师生的言行和精神风貌中.我校建校六十余年,在校园的绿化上处于西安高校的前列,以丰富多样的植物品种、年岁悠久的古木、争奇斗艳的花儿在各个高校间享有美誉,辛勤的环卫工人、准时出现的环保车和洒水车等,都体现了我校在环卫方面的一丝不苟,春绽玉兰、夏放牡丹、秋逢月季、东见腊梅,四时之景,交相辉映,把师大装点得五彩缤纷,牡丹园、槐园、心园、玉桂园、磊乐苑等,把学校变成了一个城市公园,其间有石桌椅、木栏干,莘莘学子点缀其间,营造了美好的学习乐园.因此,我校的校园绿化已经颇有成效,在环境美这方面不用再太过费心.语言美和行为美需要长久的积淀和良好的人文素养,是一项需要全方面配合和不断努力的工程.
我校是以文科为主的综合类高校,因此,在人文素养方面有着一定的积淀,但还是存在某些不足.由于我国新时期社会经济转型和外来文化的影响,高校学生普遍体现出功利性、从众性和自我中心三个特点,我校也不例外.功利性特点是在市场经济中激烈的竞争环境引起的,具有不可避免的社会化和利益化特点,快餐文化的兴起和外来文化的冲击,加剧了这一特性,是众多的学生难以安定下来沉浸在文化学习中,而过于关注一些社会信息,并积极模仿,迷失自我,因此,文化知识的学习逐渐弱化,这也是人文素养不高的一个原因；由于在时代交替的风口浪尖,大学校园更容易接受网络和外来文化的影响,致使学生心智不坚、能力不强,急于求成,过度的展现自我,没有足够的时间来进行知识的学习.从众性是人类心理始终存在的弱点之一,但在不同的群体身上有着不同的体现,而进入世纪之交,这一特点在大学生身上有了长足的展现：对化妆品与名牌服装、首饰的趋之若鹜,追星族的不断成长,网络游戏的不断火爆与更新,网络词语、网络红人层出不穷、追求另类都体现了这一点.其实从众心理是学生内心空虚的一种表现,由于过于注重压力、对前途的迷茫、对自我的不可知等,致使学生缺乏主见、缺乏信心,从而也就缺乏相应的个性和创造性,只是从众心理不断滋长.自我中心主要体现在学生心态上,由于缺乏自信和自我迷失,往往难以敞开心扉,积极的融入学习与生活中,通常都是将真实情感隐藏起来或者采取过激的方式进行发泄,这都是不利于学生的成长与发展的.
绿色校园的建设,应该对症下药,从以上的现象和情况分析来看,我校的外在设施已经足够优秀,那么我们应该主要从内在条件入手创建绿色校园.从学生自身来说,我认为建设绿色校园,首先应当从学生的人文素养抓起,作为一名汉语言文学专业的学生,我认为我们的校园建设,首先应当鼓励学生加深对专业性知识的学习、尤其是中文知识的学习,如每周进行专业知识论坛和辩论,营造良好的专业氛围,以积极开放的学习氛围,将广大学生从宿舍、理发店、服装店、以及饭馆里吸引出来,多展开国学知识讲座,大力支持文学类社团的发展和进步,挖掘学生的潜力,增加学生的自信心和民族自豪感.弘扬民族文化,张扬自我、开拓创新,这是每一个中国学生被赋予的时代和历史重任；我国改革开放以来,由于外国文化的入侵和我们自主学习潮流的影响,学习外来文化已经成为不可阻挡的洪流,但不得不说的是,学习外来文化与学习本土文化,都是十分重要的,相对于民族生存和国家发展来说,弘扬和发展本土文化甚至更为重要,由于社会对学习外来文化的势头炒得过盛,我们已经不需要在提倡学习外来文化,因为这已经成为众多国民尤其是大学生的自我意识,我国传统文化讲“过犹不及”,正是这个道理,因此,积极发扬国产学、提倡传统文化与品德的学习是我校的当务之急,这不仅对学生的行为、语言,甚至是学生的一生都有着深远的影响.我们之所以学习外来文化,学习的是他们兼容并包、民主开放的精神,而不是他们的文化和语言,这在新文化运动中有着全面的表现,因此,我们不必妄自菲薄,抛弃本土文化、学习外来文化,而应该加强本土文化的学习,将外来文化的精神贯穿其中,取其精华、去其糟粕,打造和谐的校园文化.
创建绿色校园,唯有从精神上做出长久的改变,辅之以物质上的满足才可真正实现,因此,创建绿色校园,弘扬民族文化,加强人文素养,是我校创建绿色校园的不二之选.）
