我去三星售后想刷机但是售后 所资料下载不到。

然后电脑360里随便下个主题安装手机中,解决办法,所以一但恢复出厂设置后将消失.有个u盘模式,而是后来装的主题.选挂载项,连接电脑后按住进卡刷程序操作进入后,必须刷机，没事.还是如此,然而系统中固定存在没有主题.你的卓面主题并非本身系统中拥有,再开机看看问题还存在否,点它后电脑将识别sd卡,将一片空白话者黑屏，手机关机呵
但是我开机的时候桌面还是三星的桌面呀
