因为他说的是韩文所以很难判断 不同的语言会让rap的感觉很不一样 我一直觉得用中文说rap有点奇怪 - 但是只是从听觉和节奏的感觉上 TOP的低音炮式的power rap让人觉得很有冲击力 在rap技术上不过关的话 yg也没有理由让他出道了 毕竟早期他的颜值还有性格优势没有体现出来 bigbang早期的歌《la la la》《dirty cash》之类还有TOP的solo《big boy》《turn it up》等歌里面我觉得TOP只是做到了一个rap中等偏上的水平 缺乏特色 然而去年的《doom dada》和最近《loser》《bae bae》里面他的rap充满了魔性的吸引力 摆脱了单一的rap形式 每一个特殊的发音都让人产生了 噢 他是怎么做到的?!我不是很喜欢rap的 但是这几首里面最吸引我的不是太阳大成胜利的部分 而是TOP的rap 还有vip都知道TOP是个容易羞涩的人 在节目里面容易显得不自然 但是每当让他rap的时候他会变得很沉稳 很有魅力 TOP很少说speed rap 但并不是说他说的不好 以前有一个美国歌手和gd&top合作的时候 评价TOP的speed rap做到了速度和气势平衡 而且并非饶舌而是自然清晰评价一个说唱歌手的话 歌词创作也是一部分大家都知道GD的创作才华了得 但是不得不说TOP也是一直低调地创作着 对于内容水平 仁者见仁智者见智吧

开头先说一句，所有 diss idol 组合里 rapper 担当的 underground rapper 都是弱鸡，idol 本来就是商业至上的包装品（这点 idol 自己也都很明白，而且 idol 和无实力这个词并不直接相关），真正有追求的 rapper 才不会咬着 idol 不放。diss 小猫的老虎，各位觉得他们能厉害到哪去。评价一个 rapper 的 rap 好坏，我们就姑且从以下几个角度来参考：1.音色：也就是嗓音，我看有的人评价 rap 时都把这点剔除，我十分不解为何。音色是决定一个 rapper 上限的先决条件，即使有的 rapper 可以后天努力捏出一个特别的音色但是质感也不及那些先天条件好的 rapper 。像 Future （人名），the Notorious B.I.G ，Rick Ross 等等以及跟张嘴唱歌相关的任何种类的歌手都需要一个好音色，至少至少也要捏出一个好音色，这样才有发好唱片的本钱。TOP 的音色是他 rap 的能力里最重要的一点。我个人觉得偶像圈子里有跟他一样天生嗓音优势的 rapper 不过几人（Zico，Rap Monster 等），有这种嗓子唱歌跑调都没问题，现场也不用刻意去注意发什么样的声音----本来的声音就很特别。而对于黑人音乐来说有一把好嗓子的另一种好处就是即兴，我们可以从 made tour report 里看到他各种即兴地制造“音效”（或者说口技），或者以前的现场在歌里的人声乐器（不是 beat box 那种是类似“ay ay ，oh oh”之类），当然这种没什么技术含量严格来说也不算即兴，但是一个声音好听的人来做这些就是有优势的。2.歌词：rapper 之所以能如此让人狂热很重要的一点就是大部分 rapper 都自己写词，这样一来思想深度深或者脑子灵活的 rapper 会有一大堆歌词方面的“信徒”。听完一张 rap 专辑，很有可能你就会实实在在地了解到这个 rapper 是一个怎样的人，有着怎样的想法；或者陷入他各种各样的文字游戏里不能自拔。作为一名偶像歌手，TOP 的词大部分没什么可以拿出来研究的，太深奥太高端的流行不起来是全世界音乐界的定律，流行不起来的偶像歌手是失败的偶像歌手（但不是失败的歌手）。少部分的很有 Hip Hop （根本没有什么 Hip Pop）感觉的歌不是太出色但也基本都算合格，我就两首我自己很喜欢的很有 feel 的内容：?? with Tae Yang??? ???也许在玩笑中?? ?????早已落下帷幕??? ???将我那张画下???? ?? ??最后句点的地图??? ?? ????彻底撕毁 再度走上街头?? ???? ??这不是茫然的徘徊? ?? ?????而是为了找寻自我? ??? ?何必逃走???? ???在碧色大海之上???? ??? ??遨游的??? ?鲸鱼之梦 Doom DadaMass media ???? ? ??? ???Mass media 沉着镇定 来承载那新灵感DOOM DADA DIVI DA ? ???? ? 3??? ???DOOM DADA DIVI DA 我用冥想视察着第三世界?? ?? ??? ?神给予人类的力量? ??? ??? Media? ???? ??过热的媒体 追赶着人们 循环不断Hakunamatata HakunamatataDOOM DADA DIVI DA ? ??? ???? ???DOOM DADA DIVI DA 愿新生命得到绿光照耀歌词及翻译复制自网音云音乐从他词中描述的看事情的角度来看我们有理由推测“偶像”这个身份有些限制了他的词的内容，不过实事求是排除声音元素的话可以看出 TOP 大部分的词并没有很特别。3.flow: flow 是一个不太好形容的东西，就像有的人说周杰伦没 flow ，有的人只喜欢听 Eminem 那种很震撼的 flow ，事实上只要是在 rap 的人都有 flow ，高低不同罢了。flow 是一个难点，它决定了一个 rapper 的下限和风格，好的 rapper 必然有自己与众不同的 flow 。我看到很多人说 TOP 的 flow 单一，那么真的很好奇他们认为 flow 不单一的 rapper 都有谁。严格来说要比较 flow 的高低程度的话要看 rapper 们在同一个 beats （伴奏）下的表现（Show Me the Money 这样选拔十分科学），TOP 的 flow 确实技巧性不足，不过这又要扯出流行歌手要流行那套。而 flow 是否单一是要具体到歌和节奏的，差不多能算上亚洲最速 rap 的 Outsider 的 flow 是否单一？Mad Clown 那种每句都上扬的 flow 算不算单一？毫无章法说话一样的 Swings 呢？flow 是 rapper 的风格的体现之一，可以说 TOP 的 flow 在每首歌里都有相同又有不同。之前说 TOP 的 flow 技巧性不足其实也有些不严格，他有低音质感的优势的 flow 是属于听起来简单但是不容易做到的，比如 GD 自己唱 Fantastic Baby 中 TOP 的部分时就听起来高了很多。TOP 的 flow 是他风格的体现，“单一”这个词形容的太模糊了，而且 TOP 也有很考验技术的 flow （Doom Dada，Hallelujah，Fantastic Baby 等）。4.舞台表演：这一点我个人一度觉得其无关紧要，后来发现现场音乐的魅力后才发觉 rapper 的现场是很考验其水平的。大部分 rapper 的现场几乎就是喊（全世界范围的），这点无可厚非，喊是一个很能让观众产生共鸣的动作。而舞台表演可能是 idol 歌手们更占优势的一项，他们的舞台不像地下歌手门很随意，有时候还得边唱边跳，再加上个别人还有演技训练，综合起来体现到气质上时的舞台是非常精彩的。而现场的 rap 有一点好处是即使歌手失误了观众也很难发现，相信看过 Show Me the Money 的人会深有体会。早期化身 club 少年骑摩托登场（Big Boy）到角色扮演打碎电话亭玻璃或是口琴表演（???? ???）再到跟 GD 石头布赢了后抢先唱了 GD 那段（High High），TOP 的舞台表现都很让人出乎意料，即使是很多人的功劳但是他作为表演终端是做的很好的。抛开创意总体来说 TOP 的现场很少失误，从出道开始就一直很稳定，并且很快地找到了适合自己的舞台风格（一步一动的高冷风格）。综上....其实没什么综上，我有些跑题了，那么就把第 4 点排除，TOP 放在 idol 歌手里是绝对算第一梯队，放韩国所有 rapper 里的话....其实没法放，主流的 rapper 也基本都各有各的特点没法比，放 underground 的话因为他并不在这个圈子里所以我只能靠意淫去评价，就不评价了。有些人别给 underground rapper 吹了，听他们和听偶像歌手是一样的并没有高端，而且我个人恶意揣测一下真正喜欢 Hip Hop 的人绝对不会在乎 underground rapper 是否比 idol rapper 强，另外 rapper 就是 rapper ，没什么 under 不 underground，idol 不 idol。

塔塔说了这是一个深奥的世界，就像怎么评价一个人的搞笑实力一样，每个国家，城市，个人都有不同的标准。个人觉得音节太常的文字不适合说rap，例如中文。所以中国才有那么多抒情，民族，中度偏慢的歌曲。还有就是我看了一些中国歌曲选秀节目，节目评选本身大多太具有偏激性，很多时候会一棍子打死一种音乐类型。比如中国的说唱，很多中国音乐人瞧不起，因为他们觉得这不是音乐。具体哪些音乐人大家多看音乐节目就会知道了。
因为塔普一开始是作为地下rapper活动的 在出道前就有相关经验和自己的风格 而不是纯粹像现在的偶像rapper一样是被公司训练出来的 所以他的rap个人风格很强烈 比如他的低音炮就是自己想要达到那种效果所以才专门练就的 个人看来他的rap在韩娱圈里（不算地下）是顶端层的 just as his name
从一到十都是同一水平线
一开始注意到TOP的rap是bad boy的现场舞台。。有一首让我觉得特别震撼。。YG in da Mix系列，他和GD的专辑里面一首歌的改编（我觉得比原来版本好很多）：性感低音炮哇
虽然现在离题主提问题已经过去挺久了…但是我还是想回答一下。在我成为VIP之前，在我接触TOP的RAP之前，我不喜欢rap,我觉得一首歌里的rap真的是影响我听一首歌的存在，就像念经一样，完全没有一点兴趣。但是，这次回归，从bangbangbang入坑，看到mv了，那一段rap真的帅到我，然后再多听他们的发现，TOP的rap真的吸引到我，于是特地找了他的solo，但是歌曲很少，于是开启了单循模式(mv真的帅炸了)，你要明白从听到rap就切歌，到单曲循环rap，找rap的比赛视频，去了解世界rap比赛，其他的rap歌手，然后去了解中国自己的好的rap歌手，这是多大的进步。
嗓音独特，低音炮简直不能太苏，声控福音，听了会怀孕啊哈哈哈
我说实话，top，比起唱rap，他自己填词的那些酷炫拽贱又或深情的rap才是真o实力派啊。哪一句不是单拿出来都bling bling的欠扁到不行！然而我觉得，他还有一门神技：此人正经唱歌，没有技巧可言，但是很秒人！
我觉得top的嗓音是他独有的天赋，和GD不一样，top的rap包含了更多非系统性的，无法被训练出来的韵味。往往rap给人的第一感觉是那些嗓音偏细的男歌手的speed rap，比方说GD，周杰伦什么都算，然后top的低音炮虽然低沉没那么快（当然speed rap也能说的很好，例如doom dada）但是节奏感却把握的非常好，尤其是能运用嗓音里的磁性，比如tonight最后一句直接秒杀。。。
两个字：绝了
我们都不是专业的，所以很难说好坏，但作为一个普通听音乐的人，反正只要听起来好听就是有实力的！去听《still alive》，真心被秒了！
声音加韵律简直不能更赞，有答主提到说以前的top的rap没特色，建议可以去听听tell me goodbye ，top证明了英文rap他也hold的住，made就不说了，三年磨一剑，实力大发。
反正长得帅
我是被他的声音吸引的。单曲循环他的rap。以前比较喜欢美国的阿姆 他应该是顶级rapper了。不过对我来说，比起他，我更喜欢top的感觉。Bigbang的 MADE里面所有歌里面top的部分，都要命的吸引人
