单眼视力模糊
状态：就诊前
人眼内有一组肌肉——睫状肌，其功能是看近时调节眼内屈光度。没有近视、远视、散光等屈光不正状态的眼睛我们术语叫“正视眼”，理论上能看清无穷远处。睫状肌紧张使晶状体屈光力增大，人能看清近物。睫状肌松弛，晶状体屈光力减小，看远清楚。所以，看远可以休息眼睛。
长时间看近物，尤其是高度注意时，睫状肌过度紧张以致于痉挛不能自然放松，看远就不太清楚，就需要用托吡卡胺眼液等睫状肌麻痹剂辅助使痉挛的睫状肌麻痹放松。但此类药物会使瞳孔扩大，所以只能在晚上使用，而且有青光眼发病风险的人禁用。
根据你的描述，视疲劳导致睫状肌痉挛的可能性大。不能完全排除近视。
建议到当地医院验光，测量眼压、观察眼底，无异常则用托吡卡胺眼液点双眼1/晚；有异常则需对症治疗。
