无损提升福瑞迪汽车音响第一季：福瑞迪磨机，打磨福瑞迪CD
对的感觉不满意，声音发硬，音域窄，近几天拆了自己研究，发现福瑞迪的CD用了大量贴片元件简直就是垃圾中的战斗机，不过也好，提供了打磨空间，具体拆装过程不再表述。
本人知识有限，本贴难免有遗漏和错误，欢迎指正，爱好者可以跟帖讨论。
因新款福瑞迪电路板元件和旧款不同，本贴所提供的磨机方案并不适合新款福瑞迪。

集成块NJW1192是三路双声道、一路单声道输入音量、音调、均衡控制、四路输出电路，内部集成了前级，四路输入分别是：
1、收音机信号从TU101第十、第十一出来经电容C402、C406耦合，通过第三、第三十脚进入NJW1192；
2、CD、USB信号从CN201插孔第24、26孔出来经电容C403、C407耦合，通过第四、第二十九脚进入NJW1192；
3、AUX信号从插孔CN802第16、18孔出来经电容C408、C416耦合，通过第五、第二十八脚进入NJW1192；
4、第三十一脚是单声道输入。从图中可以看到通过C405直接接地了。

集成块TB2926AHQ是功率放大集成块，资料找不到，但是通过原理图我们可以看出它与TDA7854的电路图完全一致，可以直接代换。TDA7854四路47W比原车大了两瓦，不要以为增加两瓦就换他，主要是TDA7854是MOS输出，就是传说中的胆味。追求大功率的可以用TDA7850代换，4X50W的。

需更换的电容：
1、输入耦合C402、C406、C403、C407，AUX我不用，C405接地，就不用换了；
2、输出耦合C424、C426、C425、C427;
3、前级耦合C415、C423;
4、NJW1192电源滤波电容C404官方图中是100uf,实际电路图中装的是22uf,要换成100uf的；
5、电源滤波电容原车是3300uf,把它换成4700uf的，有人会说为什么不换成10000uf的，答案是汽车电压相对较低4700够用，如果是市电提供的电源，滤波电容要用10000uf的。
6、听收音机和USB较多，原车这两处的电源滤波电容虽然是220uf的，但是把他更换为性能更优良的电容，会提供更为稳定的电压。
对照这个原理图，我们可以在PCB板上找到要替换的耦合电容。

更换补品电容思路如下：
1、电源滤波电容全部采用nichicon(尼吉康)电容
2、两路输入电容采用ELNA(伊娜)电容
3、音调至前级采用伊娜电容
4、输出采用RIFA(瑞法)电容
这是大致思路，耦合电容实际上买了RIFA两种电容、尼吉康BP和BP-S，好的声音是需要代换试听甄别出来的。
