　　以往在高速公路进出口收费站排队缴费、堵车打挤的景象或将一去不回。9月18日，记者从成渝高速资阳管理处获悉，我省高速公路电子不停车收费（ETC）系统进入了最后测试期，最快将在9月28日开通试运行。
　　届时，开车驶过收费站时，不需要准备零钱更无需停车，ETC系统就能记录下出入站信息，并自动扣费。相比传统收费系统，ETC可将通行能力提高5倍，“这样国庆等假期出游，排长龙通行的状况将大为缓解。可以实现‘秒过收费站’。”成渝高速资阳管理处副处长李秀英表示。

　　9月18日下午，记者驱车前往成渝高速、遂资眉高速资阳收费站，在距离各收费站200米处，就醒目地看到收费通道地面上刷写的“ETC专用”标识。李秀英说，ETC系统现已进入测试阶段，收费员培训工作也在收尾中。预计月底前成渝高速和遂资眉高速将同步试运行。
　　李秀英介绍， ETC是电子不停车收费的简称，是目前国内外普遍采用的全自动公路收费系统。办理了ETC卡，并安装了车载电子标签（简称OBU）的用户，通过高速公路收费站ETC专用车道时，不停车就能自动完成车辆识别、收费操作、车道设备控制和收费数据处理。但票据需向ETC客服网点索取。
　　ETC通道比普通人工通道有何优势呢？李秀英告诉记者，据测算，ETC车辆通行收费站时间仅为3-5秒，通行能力是人工车道的5倍，既节约时间，也降低了车辆磨损和燃油消耗。
　　“秒过收费站”不仅体现着速度快，还有优惠。据了解，使用ETC卡，可享受通行费5%的优惠， “折扣虽不多，但对我这样的私家车主，一周要走三趟， 还是能省则省。”经常来往于重庆与资阳间的车主易先生表示，会“尝鲜”办理使用。

　　对于ETC卡如何申请办理，李秀英介绍，即日起，就可以拨打建设银行95533、工商银行95588、中国银行95566，及四川省高速公路服务热线12122咨询办理情况。办理时，客户需出示个人有效证件、行驶证等。 ETC卡通过银行信用卡绑定账户，支付的通行费用会从信用卡中扣除。用户也可以新办信用卡，各个银行办理情况略有不同。
　　需要提醒的是，ETC卡与OBU（车载电子标签）必须配合使用，才能通行“ETC专用车道”。 即“一车一卡一 OBU”绑定、专车专用，不能重复办理，如果自行拆卸OBU即失效，无法再装载到其他车上。
　　另外，如果ETC卡遗失，需前往相应客服网点办理挂失手续，届时需要提供有效身份证号和预留手机号。如果车主需要查询账单、变更个人信息或注销等，都可以持有效证件到原办理方所属ETC客服网点办理。如果ETC卡损坏，可到开户网点更换；OBU损坏，可到客服网点或厂家指定维修点维修。
　　ETC仅针对载客车辆
　　货运车暂不开放
