可以流量里面查找究竟是哪个软件在后台跑流量，然后把它卸载就可以了，把数据关闭了就可以了。不想卸载的话
用权限管理禁止后台运行和自启动，当然先要用百度一键root或root精灵获得权限，
没办法禁止安卓系统的联网啊。其它都可以

如果你没有设置的话。这时就废你的手机流量了，可以调的。在设置里面找好吧，当你锁屏后！哥来告诉你，原来存在的下载任务就会通过3G下载，wifi会关闭
