　　柳江县基隆开发区又将有一所新小学了&&基隆开发区新建小学，目前学校已完成校园规划总评设计。该小学建成后，该片区的适龄儿童入学难问题有望缓解。而促成这一顺民意暖民生的项目，正是来源于一件《关于推进基隆开发区义务教育均衡发展的建议》的提案。为进一步推动重点提案的落实，今天下午，市政协视察组对提案进行回访，并通过座谈的形式了解学校建设推进情况。
　　据了解，基隆开发区义务教育阶段公办学校现仅有1所小学，即基隆开发区小学。占地20亩左右，只能满足2000多学生就读。由于办学规模小，适龄儿童入学供需矛盾突出。
　　2015年1月，张世源等市政协委员联合提交了《关于推进基隆开发区义务教育均衡发展的建议》的提案，建议市政府将与基隆开发区小区一墙之隔的一块空地，作为基隆开发区新建小学用地。据了解，该地块原规划为环卫部门的垃圾中转站，面积合46亩。
　　为提高该提案办理速度，市政协将该其提升为2015年重点提案。
　　去年9月2日，市政府正式下文批复，同意将市环卫处的生活垃圾处理场闲置用地置换给柳江县用于新建小学用地。
现场调研新建小学项目所在地
　　今天下午，市政协视察组一行到基隆开发区小学和新建小学的项目所在地进行现场调研。该县住建部门介绍，本项目拟建于柳江县基隆开发区兴国大道北面、基隆开发区小学东面，总用地面积30748.54平方米（合46亩），校园总体规模按6个年级，每个年级12个班，共72个班，每班45人，在校学生3240人。计划投入5723.11万元，其中工程费用为3829.80万元，工程建设其他费用为1373.03万元，基本预备费用520.28万元，项目主要建设内容为新教学楼3栋、教学综合楼1栋、体育馆1栋、连廊等建筑，同时建设200米运动场、篮球场、广场、机动车停车位、非机动车停车位等室外场地，以及配套建设校园围墙、校门、广场、升旗台、道路、地面铺装、绿化、供配电、室外给水排水等配套设施。
截至目前我局完成以下工作：
　　1、完成基隆开发区新建小学校园规划总评设计，单体设计方案及立面效果图并上报县规委会待审批；
　　2、完成基隆开发区新建小学规划条件书和项目选址相关材料并上报县住建局用地规划股待审批；
　　3、完成基隆开发区新建小学经费测算；
　　4、完成基隆开发区新建小学项目立项；
　　5、已落实基隆开发区新建小学建设资金800万元。
　　6、完成基隆开发区新建小学地质勘察和项目单体预审。
　　据了解，小学名字暂定&基隆开发区新建小学&，今年一定要开工，列为2016年柳江县重点推进的重大项目。争取明年底完工。（记者 李华）
