&& &本公司110kV级低损耗系列变压器是在消化吸收国内外先进技术的基础上,针对我国城乡电网改造,自行研制开发了性能可靠的低局放、低损耗、低噪音、抗短路能力强的换代产品,其卓越的性能赢得了有关专家和用户的高度评价。局放量:视在放电量一般≤80pC;噪声:63MVA及以下产品噪声水平达到58dB以下;损耗:空载损耗比GB/T低30%左右;抗短路能力强:可靠性高:产品未发生过损伤事故和渗漏油现象。
& Our company 110KV class low loss transformer is self-made for domestic town and country electric net transformation ,that absorbs internal and external advance techniques. The transformers with stability ,low partial discharge ,low noise, low loss and excellent short-circuit was replacement and received high appraisal from experts and users for excellent performance. Partial discharge is always less than 80pC; Noise: Noise of up to 63MVA transformers is ower than 58dB; Loss: NO-load loss compared with GB/T reduced by 30 percent, short-circuit resistance is high: stability is high: The product don’t happen to accident and no leakage oil.
高压线圈采用纠结-连续式,以改善冲击电压下的特性,使能得到较均匀的电压分布,撑条、垫块均倒有圆角以提高绝缘的可靠性.
&& 线圈内部有油导向结构,以降低线圈温升,降低热点温度,延长绝缘寿命。
&& 高压和中压线圈的调压部分通常设置单独的调压线圈,使各线圈的安匝能完全平衡,有效地消除了变压器外部短路时所造成的轴向电动力,提高变压器在外部故障短路下的动稳定性。
& The HV winding is generally a partially interleaved continuous winding . Interleaving increases the series capacitance of the Winding,thus enducing the voltage stress under lightning impulse , The pressboard spacers are rounded a the edges so as to insure smooth contact between spacer and winding conductor.
& Oil flowing within the winding is generally directed, thus lowering the winding-oil gradient and the hot-spot temperature, ensuring a prolonged life for the winding.
& Both the HV and MV winding are generally provided with separate regulating windings, so that the ampere-truns of all the winding are completely blanced, effectively eliminating the axial electrodynamic force during exernal short circuit. The dynamic stability under external short circuit is thus much improved.
&& 铁心全部采用高导磁晶粒取向优质冷轧硅钢片,为了降低变压器空载损耗,并减少故障的可能性,铁心无冲孔。硅钢片由德国乔格公司出品的自动剪切线下料,剪切口毛刺不大于0.02毫米.硅钢片叠接接缝为45°斜接缝.
&& 为减少由于硅钢片搬运而引起的损耗增加,硅钢片叠片时不叠上铁轭,铁心竖立后即可套线圈,取消了拆上铁轭硅钢片的工序.
&& 铁心柱和内线圈之间的撑板将铁心柱撑紧,铁轭由浸渍环氧树脂的玻璃丝带拉紧,下铁轭与下节油箱之间由层压木块塞紧或螺栓顶紧.此外,上铁轭与上节油箱之间还有三处固定,因此器身在油箱内能经受运输时的颠簸而不致位移.
&& High grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets are used as core plates. The core plates are made without stamped holes,thereby reducing core loss and the risk of core-bolt short,The sheets are cut by automatic cut-to-length line from GEORG of GERMAN. Insuring the burrs to be well below 0.02mm.Mitred
45°lap joints are used without exception.
&& To reduce the increase of loss caused& by handing the sheets, the core is stacked without the upper yoke. Winding block can be mounted on each core limb soon after the stacked core has been erected, eliminating the conventional process of dismantling the upper yoke sheets after erection of the core.
&& The core leg sheets are tightly pressed together by inserting spacers between the core leg and the inner winding .While the yoke is tightened by resin impregnated glass fiber. The stays between the lower yoke and the lower tank are provided, also between the upper yoke and the upper tank. The active part is therefore firmly hold in the tank, capable of resisting vibration and jerks during transport without displacement.
&& &油箱结构形式一般为钟罩式。油箱箱壁采用大型折扳机一次折成瓦楞形状,大大地加强了油箱的机械强度,减少了焊缝,提高了变压器的外观质量,箱盖一般为平顶式以便利维护人员工作。
箱沿密封用耐油橡胶垫进行双密封,在下箱沿上设有限位装置。
&& Bell-type tank is most commonly used. The tank wall is made into a corrugated shape by heavy press. Mechanical strength is much improved by the corrugation and welding work reduced, and the outlook appearance is improved too. The tank cover is flat to facilitate maintenance people working there.
&& Double oil resistant rubber syn the tic gasket is provided between the flanges of the upper and the lower tank. Limiters are usually located on the flange of the lower tank.
冷却和附属装置
& &一般为风冷/自冷型(ONAF/ONAN),风冷时满负荷运行,风机停开自然冷却时,负载可达满负荷的67%.
&&&散热器用片式散热器,片式散热器片与片间缝焊,焊接可靠。采用片式散热器可以使变压器的总体外形比较紧凑。采用低速低噪音风机,一般为水平方向吹风.
&&&风机的开、停由油温和负荷来控制.变压器上附有控制柜.
&&&储油柜为胶囊型,内装有耐油、气密的胶囊,将油与外界大气隔绝,胶囊外是油,胶囊内是空气.为进一步提高可靠性,胶囊的空气室经硅胶吸湿器与外界大气相连通.
Cooling and Accessory Equipments
&& Transformers are generally ONAF/ONAN cooling, with oil natural circulation and air natural or forced circulation. Transformers are designed to be operated at full load when fans are in operation, and at 67% full load when fans are shut down.
&& Plate fin type radiators are used for cooling with seam weld between the individual fin elements so as to ensure reliable quality, A more compact size can be obtained for transformers equipped with such radiators. The fans generally blow horizontally with low speed and low noise.&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
The operation of the fans is controlled by both the oil-temperature and the load .A control cabinet is installed on transformer tank.
&& Conservators are provided with diaphragm bag. The bag is made of oil resistant air tight composite material separating the air inside the bag and the oil outside the conservator. For further reliability,the air chamber of diaphragm bag is breathed through silical-gel breather.

变压器绕组数、相数、冷却方式、是否强迫油循环、有载或无载调压、设计序号、容量、高压侧额定电压 如:SFPZ9-;110 指的是三相(双绕组变压器省略绕组数,如果是三绕则前面还有个S)双绕组强迫油循环风冷有载调压,设计序号为9,容量为120000KVA,高压侧额定电压为110KV的变压器。 R型变压器分类:1、电力变压器 2、电炉变压器 3、整流变压器 4、仪用变压器 5、无线电变压器
变压器的用途广泛,大的如电力系统传输电能的电力变压器、配电变压器、专给炼钢炉供电 的电炉变压器、大型电解电镀、直流电力机车供电的整流变压器, 小到仪用变压器、控制变压器,直到仅传输信号的非常小的无线电变压器。 结组关系决定原则:(1)高低压线圈的绕向;(2)高低压线圈的标号;(3)三相线圈的连接 方法(Y,Y N,D,Z等) 其相位不是唯一的60°,30°,180°,还有其他90°,120°,240°等。恰好是30°的倍 数,这就启发我们找一个方法来表示。
1 时钟表示法
规定:时钟的长针表示高压侧的某线电势相量(如EAB), 时钟的短针表示低压侧对应线电势相量(如Eab)。
注意:EAB相量永远指向钟表的12∶00,可理解为相量图上 的点A为分针的轴,点B为分针的矢端;Eab 相量为时针的a点指向B点的方向。此外, 联结组符号中的“Y”,“D”和“Z”分别表示高压测的三绕组联结为“星型”,“三角形”和“曲折线”接线,而“y”,“d”和“z”分别表示低压测的对应三相接线。 见JB/T 3837《变压器类产品型号编制方法》,适用于多数国产变压器
