利益于，7301GL同学的帖子及启发。前些日子发现电子扇的插头烧了。
于是汽配城买了原厂的130元，进口的插头90元。& &回来还在考虑是换控制器还是换线的时候，发现论坛里有人提议是电子扇有问题才烧线。问题并不是插头设计缺陷这么简单。我发现自己电子扇 也不正常。今天买了一个上海日用的（崇芳），400米。自己动手换上的，并上传照片。利益于7301GL同学这位好同志啊！
PS：我原车的电子扇 MS是进口的，请大家给鉴别一下，换下来的没舍得扔。原厂的塑料很好。现在这个上海日用（崇芳）的，做工真不敢恭维，没办法，现在只有这个了，不得不买啊。
还有一种说法是控制器，但无论如何，都 要换了原来的线束。同学们请权衡后做决定。我认为维持原车的有必要。我车的水温一直不高即使插头烧了了不高，所以选择原车状态了。。
结语，不管怎么折腾。请同学们一定先上论坛取经。然后一定不要去死SSSS，你看我600块钱搞定的事儿，去4S我觉得最少得2500块钱才能下来。
对通用的批评：线束的铜线做得那么粗实，可是插头里面的金属片做的却相差如此大！细节啊……

拆的时候的说明，按7301GL的提示，先拆了缓冲块，然后拆电子扇的三个螺丝，特别不好拆的，自己注意使巧劲。然后拆了上面的小横梁，再打开空滤，取出电脑，因为那个红圈里的线干涉取。然后使巧劲取出电子扇。装的时候，卡子还是原车的好。

兄弟，我记得崇芳和日用不一样的，好像两家曾经是代理关系，后来各做各的了，我换下来的装车风扇和新换的风扇做工完全一样，除了标签，别的看不出区别的，我风扇480买的 难不成我买到便宜货了……质量不好……我问了好几家，都说只有崇芳的，没有日用的，所以我只能让朋友给带了个崇芳的，400大洋。

怎么成了换总成呢，不是单换一个电机吗？
一边风扇400，一边才90？
其实猫猫的看法是装水温控制器好些，这样对风扇电流回路冗余度高，也就是说风扇有点毛病，电流大一点点没事儿，如果再大就烧控制器回路的保险，然后风扇就可以下课了。原厂的插头铜片是2.8mm，好多车都是6mm以上（这个是听说的），显然这种错误就是GM才招的毕业生设计的，项目经理没有做好把关，最后保险盒和风扇线束插头开模回来了才发现已经来不及了，就这么着吧，一召回项目经理的年终奖没有了。
为什么你们总是这么信任原厂？本身作为产品，不可能没有缺陷，不要以为原厂都是深思熟虑的权衡过。其实制约产品的是成本和研发时间。产品是很多人一起协作工作才出来的，不管多么简单的产品都是，人多就会出纰漏，如果没有时间充分测试，就会有很多问题
