澳洲阳光观岭幼儿园违背师德，“挟持”家长交钱
尊敬的金书记您好，实在抱歉在您百忙之中打搅您，我是代表上百位幼儿园家长给您写这篇帖子，请求领导过问。起因是一件小事，但越演愈烈，甚至可能印发更激烈的冲突。澳洲阳光观岭幼儿园定于7月8日在金裕大酒店举行大班毕业典礼，但园方的做法违背师德，恶意敛财，让家长们心寒。在很久之前，幼儿园的全体孩子就在准备7月的游园会，排练了节目，但是，7月1日，所有家长突然接到通知，游园会改为毕业典礼，且时间定在8日，要求家长在3天内购齐服装，家长们风风火火联系购买孩子表演的服装，期待这次毕业典礼，7月2日再次接到，参加此次活动，必须在金裕大酒店吃午餐，缴纳大人70元每人，小孩50元每人，否则孩子不能参加活动。至此，许多家长提出了质疑：为什么必须在金裕大酒店吃午饭？为什么不吃午饭就不能参加幼儿园组织的表演活动？此次活动涉及全校200多名孩子，500多名家长，仅由八个家长代表就决定了？试问哪位家长在敢牺牲孩子的利益在会议上当面反对？然而，幼儿园并未出面解释，在引发了家长聚集和质问之后，采取了以下措施：1、教唆孩子回家要钱，否则哭闹。因为7月3日许多家长在微信、QQ群讨论并质问此事，园长说出“你们平时打麻将一炮就是几百元，还在乎这些”“孩子在一起吃饭、聊天才是真情意”等话后，直接退群，7月4日孩子放学回家时，均表达出“园长、老师叫我们回来喊妈妈拿钱钱，大人70元，小人50元，去了就有冰淇淋，水果吃，不交钱就不能和小朋友一起去。”“不是游戏区域那种钱，是真的钱钱”等话语，我们认为，这是园方及老师的恶意教唆，给孩子的心灵埋下了十分不好的种子。2、园方“挟持”老年人，骗取费用。因为工作等原因，接送孩子很多是老年人代劳，园方安排老师只针对老年人，看到婆婆爷爷接送孩子便将老人喊到一边，说出“大家都交了，就你家孩子没交，到时候娃娃会伤心的”等语言，并让老人误以为交了120元，全家人都能去看娃娃表演，但实际只能去一个大人，如果再去一个大人，则需要再缴纳70元的入场费用。我们认为，孩子的毕业典礼固然重要，但不能强制家长及孩子在酒店消费，且200多名2-6岁的孩子在一起吃饭是不现实的，再加上500多名家长，其中的利益链条清晰可见，金堂县的大型酒店及农家乐很多，如果金裕大酒店要求必须吃饭才出租场地，是捆绑消费，是违反消费者权益保护法的，且园方可以选择其他场地，然而园方并未这样做，而是一味回避，并采取一些让人作呕的措施伤害孩子和老人。后，家长代表与其交涉，园方态度强硬，说“这是定了的事，我们十多个班，你们不来就算了，无所谓”，后又说“你们不吃饭可以，早上8点前把孩子送来，11点来接就是了，中间孩子出了事，由酒店负责”，试问，200多号孩子，还要组织表演，如果没有家长的配合，老师如何保障孩子的安全？我们认为，园方的以上做法已经严重违背师德，违背教育法，应当受到相关部门的查处。给书记您留贴原因有二，一是时间已紧迫，今日上午据说已经有老年家长与园长在幼儿园因为交钱而破口大骂，园长将家长赶出门，家长们都憋着一口气，担心事态更加恶化；二是担心相关职能部门不作为。请原谅我不愿留名，因为我的孩子还需要继续上幼儿园。致谢！&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&澳洲阳光观岭幼儿园百余位家长
