可以造成外阴瘙痒的原因有很多，比如常见的滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎，女性单纯也可以引起外阴瘙痒，另外如果您患有病，维生素Ａ缺乏也可以引起外阴搔痒

出现外阴瘙痒您光清洗外阴一般是不管用的，建议您观察自己的白带性状，如果白带比较稀薄，有异味，可以阴道上甲硝唑片，7-10日一个疗程；如果白带比较稠厚，象豆腐渣样，瘙痒严重，可以阴道上达克宁栓剂
