为什么会喝酒喝断片？
为什么邀请我，我几乎不喝酒的。不过我倒是经常断片，比如怎么想也想不起来昨天上午10-12点的时候做了什么。
为什么邀请我，我很少喝醉的。断片不仅喝酒时会出现，几乎任何时候都会出现，心理学上叫记忆的选择性，比如你上班或者上学一路上看到的风景都扫过你的视野，但是回想起来能记住的不多，因为太熟悉了，只有与平时不同的能够引起注意并且记下来。一部电影或者电视如果中途不去厕所，应该每个镜头，每句台词都听到看到了，但是回想起来很多情节都忘了，小说就更明显了，这种情况目前心理学解释为记忆有选择性 。选择性和什么有关是当年研究的热点，离开学校太久现在还是不是热点不清楚了。说一下影响的因素吧。首先，和个体知识结构有关，一群人聊你不熟悉的话题，很容易忽视细节，反之亦然，股票正赚钱的时候酒桌上有人聊股票，可能注意力会集中百倍。这就涉及到第二点，情绪，能引起情绪共鸣的容易记住，没有共鸣的次之，和情绪体验相反的可能反而会抑制。第三，和以往知识有关，能联系上以往知识，或者恰好颠覆以往知识的，记忆深刻，反之亦然。第四，个体感受，能带来积极情绪的记忆深刻，比如获奖的瞬间，带来消极情绪体验的会防御性抑制（选择性遗忘），比如童年出丑的场景。综上，酒桌上会断片最大的可能是酒桌上的场景带来了不太好的情绪体验，比如出丑，比如说了过头的话，潜意识里选择性的遗忘了。另外，大家如果都喝大了，彼此聊天会少了顾及，不容易迁就对方展开话题，话题不感兴趣，各说各的，也是重要原因。最后，我要说，酒精尽管有麻醉作用 ，但是不能麻醉记忆，或者说酒精短期内对记忆的影响比较有限，对长期记忆影响更加明显。主要原理是乙醇影响神经离子通道的激活，间接影响海马CA1区锥细胞功能，而海马是短期记忆到长期记忆转化的关键器官。另外酒精中的甲醛等有害物质也会间接影响到海马的神经传递。但是这些影响虽然被证实，但没到立竿见影的效果，嘴酒之后转天有些事记得住，有些事记不住，起到关键原因的还是选择问题，而非功能问题。不管怎么说，醉酒对大脑有明显的且不可逆的副作用，即使是 工作需要，也要尽可能避免，工作是为了更好的生活，生活是全部。
平时葡萄糖分解代谢先产生NADH，当NADH在线粒体内氧化成水的时候制造出大量ATP。可以说NADH的氧化是葡萄糖释放能量的主要方式。当乙醇进入肝脏后经过乙醇脱氢酶、醛脱氢酶氧化时也能迅速生成大量NADH。此时机体会误以为能量很充裕，于是乎将血液里的葡萄糖都储存起来。这就是摄入酒精会导致低血糖的原因。另外酒精饮料有利尿效果，宿醉过后身体脱水再加上低血糖会非常不舒服。喝酒除了不能吃头孢以外，还要注意不要用醋氨酚（扑热息痛）来对付头疼。因为乙醇会消耗体内的谷胱甘肽，影响肝脏对醋氨酚的解毒效果，容易引起肝损伤。
