问题分析： 患者你好，牛皮癣是一种常见病症，有多种分类：寻常型，红皮型，脓包型以及关节型;其中我们常见的就是寻常型牛皮癣，而寻常型是很容易治好的，但是如果患者们不正规的治疗的话就会慢慢的像严重的病症发展也就是红皮型以及脓包型。所以患有寻常型及早发现及早到正规的皮肤医院治疗为好意见建议：牛皮癣患者应切实落实好牛皮癣的防治措施，有针对性的治疗用药就显得尤为重要，而绝不能过渡治疗或胡乱治疗。盲目乱用药物还会加重牛皮癣病情，给治疗带来困难。在饮食上避免吃辛辣，酒、海鲜、辛辣等食物，尽量减少精神紧张，不可过于疲劳，应该多加注意休息，日常应该多吃一些富含维生素类食品，如新鲜的水果、蔬菜等。一定要记住不可以用手搔抓，以免引起感染，加重病情。
