Please reduce the number of figures from now 27 to no more than 18. In order to reproduce them well in a possible final paper the figures have to have a certain minimal size in the print. Having a lot of figures means too much space with respect to the text. Therefore we have to achieve a reasonable ratio of figure to text.
Please also properly upload the file with the references, as they cannot be verified in the present submission.
