i arrived by train but could not find a taxi to get me the short distance to the hotel. it was dark and i did not feel secure. The receptionist spoke great english...

We came to this hotel last minute as our other booked hotel was awful. They didn&#039;t have any of the rooms we booked left for that night so put us up in a suite for the night which was wonderful. They offered brilliant advice for getting in and around Paris and were very helpful with other enquiring such as restaurants and taxi services. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable and enjoyable! Would definitely stay again. A hidden gem!

A few things were not okay. NO WIFI ( this is really not good for when you are traveling) Bar and restaurant was actualy closed. We asked for a beer and the reception...
A few things were not okay. NO WIFI ( this is really not good for when you are traveling) Bar and restaurant was actualy closed. We asked for a beer and the reception helped us very good. But at 11.45 we were ordered by an unfriendly nightportier to leave, he really was rude. Our free champagne bottles ( won by us) were also not delivered. However the kind receptioniste ( i think Margaret( italiannative) was very very good in helping , we give her a 10+. Bread and croissants are not fresh ( i think it will be bought the day before) so not good. Cheese too less choise and boiled eggs also 1 time available, but allready out of the scale( not fresh)

Hotel room and en-suite were clean, large and bed was very comfortable and the hotel was not very busy so no real noise problems. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and our personal booking requirements were met no problems. The only problem was dinner - the restaurant is only open on Monday and Tuesday(!) for evening meals so we had to eat out during our stay and the only places nearby are &#039;chain style&#039; restaurants or McDonalds. The location of the hotel is not great for tourists and beware the cost of taxis - 45 euro pretty much everywhere you go.

Pour l&#039;accueil je dirais un peu juste car en arrivant à l&#039;h?tel vers 23h30 et tombe sur une personne qui est pressé que l&#039;on paye pour être tranquille et pour finir oublie de laisser des consignes pour le petit déjeuner en chambre à ses collègues c est juste passable. Néanmoins la personne qui était en place ce matin la a été très opérationnel et le service a été très rapide je dirais juste que les filles de cette h?tel ont été d&#039;un professionnel absolu. Je finis comme même pour recommander cette h?tel.

Ein ruhig gelegenes Hotel, das Zimmer ausreichend gross und sauber - gutes Preis-Leistungsverh?ltnis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch überwiegend Englisch. Allerdings ist das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich dürftig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie.

Pour le prix, on s&#039;attend à avoir plus de variétés surtout au niveau des viennoiseries où quelques croissants restaient au fond d&#039;un panier. Bien s?r nous passions après un car de touristes mais aucun réapprovisionnement n&#039;a été fait.
