本科国内一本(非211/985)读的经济学，加权均分(82/100，硬伤啊)
硕士去美国东北大学也读的经济学，GPA 3.96/4
在 Extension School修过一门计算机课，CS50，成绩为A。. more info

GRE 322 (V: 157, Q: 165, AW: 3.5) (GRE成绩也是不上不下的)
在波士顿再发展局(简称BRA: Boston Redevelopment Authority)做过半年co-op，参与了几个研究项目。算是有过实习经历。Co-op期间进行了很多数据分析，比如写小程序来做200多个回归，更新数据库，从American Community Survey上下载并整合人口数据，等等。Academic project主要有本科毕业论文，硕士两门计量经济学的课程论文，一个database design，数个CS的mini project.
平时在和上了Python, Apache Spark, The
Edge, R等课程。
问Database Design以及Econometrics课程的教授，还有BRA的Senior Economist要的，不水，但应该也不牛。.鏈枃鍘熷垱鑷1point3acres璁哄潧
综合下来大家觉得我申以下项目可以吗:
UT Austin MSBA (赶了R1交的申请，dream school啊！但论坛好多被的人简直大神，所以只能一拼).鐣欏璁哄潧-涓浜-涓夊垎鍦
Michigan State U. MSBA(16年春季入学，项目不错，位置有点偏，也递交了申请，有10-12周的暑期实习)
North Carolina State U. MS Analytics (分析硕士名校，所以勇敢去试了)
U. San Francisco MS Analytics (近年被录的中国孩子好些浙大清华的).
U Minnesota MSBA (也是不错的项目，15年毕业生率100%). from: /bbs

Rochester U. MS (新开设的项目，了解不是特别多，看课程设置不错，学校特意盖了Data Science Center)
Southern Methodist U. MSBA (不错的学校和项目，但课程设置有点太偏Business，technical方面有点缺乏)
Northwestern U. (纯粹是为了不留遗憾才申的)
Arizona State U. (想用来保底)
York U. MSBA (加拿大位数不多开设此项目的)
Simon Fraser U. (另一所加拿大学校，有4个月的co-op)
综合下来选的学校都应该挺好的，因为已经在美国读了一个硕士，所以第二个硕士希望项目本身好一些。但其实我自身的条件有点说好不好，说水又没那么的水。主要是本科成绩不太好，GRE也只是说得过去。申请到现在突然觉得是不是有问题，所以恳请大家提提意见！非常非常的感谢！

欢迎各种建议批评打击，国本**美硕高GPA不知道论坛中是不不常见。大学努力学习程度不够，全去参加了各种演讲主持人比赛，现在回想走学习道路才是留美的关键。还好硕士还算努力，但硕士GPA比重比较小，我也是现在才知道。所以恳请各位给个意见，我的定位是不有点高了？

哈哈，不瞒你说，我今年也拿到了NCSU的面试，但是前不久被拒了。我再看他们家美国学生的背景，觉得挺一般的，所以可能项目更偏好本国人。国际学生也喜欢好几年工作经验的。所以并不是我们不够好吧。西北最后我没有申，simon fraser也没有申。fraser感觉是给CS专业的人准备的。

哈哈，不瞒你说，我今年也拿到了NCSU的面试，但是前不久被拒了。我再看他们家美国学生的背景，觉得挺一般 ...
我去年拿到面试以后还跟一个刚面完的姑娘了解情况呢，她后来去了这个项目，好厉害。那个项目因为是最早的analytics业界声望很高。但是据说是海面，可能一半的人都发了面试，但是录取的国际生比例真的很低，尤其是我这种纯大陆本科的。
不过当时面试的时候6个人面我一个还是挺terrifying的。。。

没有，我去年定位有问题，都申请的是data science的方向，但是数理背景又不够，所以最后纷纷悲剧了。而且当时在职申请，也没太好好准备，比较匆忙。今年脱产准备，主申BA了，analytics就申了两所。
