真核表达的质粒像pCDNA3.1、pEGFP之类的都有F1 origin和SV40 Origin，但是我看说明书上这样描述：SV40 origin also allows for replication in mammalian cells expressing the SV40 T antigen. The vector backbone also contains the f1 origin for single-stranded DNA production.但是这两个区域在细胞中到底起什么作用呢？没有这两个区域会有什么影响呢？另外表达T抗原的细胞是不是比较少？只有COS系列细胞？
