be relative to 和 be related to造句 的主要区别在哪

i like to do a job related to English.
I like to do a job relating to English.
你的回答是i like to do a job related to English正确。我原来是觉得应该用i like to do a job related to English.
可我却偏偏看到看到这样的句子:i like to do anything relating to English.
be related (to) 和...
How is this fact related to that one?
relate to 和...有关
例:Anything relating to his welfare concerns you.

to do a job relating to English.

Some people seem to have a knack (诀窍) for learning languages. They can pick up new vocabulary, master roles of grammar, and learn to write in the new language more quickly than others. They do not seem to be any cleverer than others,so what makes language learning so much easier for them? Perhaps if we take a close look at these successful language learners,we may discover a few of the techniques which make language learning easier for them.
First of all, successful language learners are independent learners. They do not depend on thethey discover their own way to learn the language. Instead of waiting for the teacher to explain, they try to find the patterns and the rules for themselves. They are good guessers who look for clues (线索) and form their own conclusions. When they guess wrong, they guess again. They try to learn form their mistakes. Successful language learning is active learning. Therefore, successful learners do not wait for a chancethey look for such a chance. They find people who speak the language and they ask these people to correct them when they make a mistake. They will try anything to communicate. They are not afraid to repeat what they hear or tthey are willing to make mistakes and try again. When communication is difficult, they can accept information that is inexact or incomplete. It is more important for them to learn to think in the language than to know the meaning of every word.
Finally successful language learners are learners with a purpose. They want to learn the language because they are interested in the language and the people who speak it. It is necessary for them to learn the language in order to communicate with these people and to learn from them. They find it easy to practise using the language regularly because they want to learn with it.
What kind of language learner are you? If you are a successful language learner, you have probably been learning independently, actively, and purposefully. On the other hand,if your language learning has been less than successful, you might do well to try some of the techniques discussed above.

I came to study in the United States a yearago. Yet I did not know the American society until I was injured in a caraccident because after the accident I had to see a doctor-and go to court(法庭). After the accident, my roommate called adoctor for me. I was very grateful and determined to repay him one day. But thenext day, he asked me to pay him $200 for what he had done. I was astonished. He had good reason to charge me, he said. And if I wanted to collect money fromthe person who was responsible for my injury, I'd have to have a good lawyer. Now that he had helped me to find a good doctor, it was only fair that I shouldpay him. But every time I went to see the doctor, Ihad to wait about 50 minutes. He would see two or three patients at the sametime, and often stop treating one so as to see another. Yet he charged me $115each time. The final examination report consisted of ten lines, and it cost me$215. My lawyer was all smiles the first time wemet. But after that he avoided seeing me at all. he knew very well the otherparty was responsible for the accident, yet he hardly did anything. He simplywaited to collect his money. Humanity uses a little less than half the water available worldwide. Yet occurrences of shortages and droughts (干旱) are causing famine and distress in some areas, and industrial and agricultural by-products are polluting water supplies. Since the world's population is expected to double in the next 50 years, many experts think we are on the edge of a widespread water crisis. But that doesn't have to be the outcome. Water shortages do not have to trouble the world---if we start valuing water more than we did in the past. Just as we began to appreciate petroleum more after the 1970s oil crises, today we must start looking at water from a fresh economic perspective. We can no longer afford to consider water a virtually free resource of which we can use as much as we like in any way we want. Instead, for all uses except the domestic demand of the poor, governments should price water to reflect its actual value. This means charging a fee for the water itself as well as for the supply costs. Governments should also protect this resource by providing water in more economically and environmentally sound (健康的) ways. For example, often the cheapest way to provide irrigation water in the dry tropics is through small-scale projects, such as gathering rainfall in depressions (凹地) and pumping it to nearby cropland. No matter what steps governments take to provide water more efficiently, they must change their institutional and legal approaches to water use. Rather than spread control among hundreds or even thousands of local, regional, and national agencies that watch various aspects of water use, countries should set up central authorities to coordinate (调整) water policy. What is the real cause of the potentials water crisis. A. Only half of the world's water can be used. B. The world population is increasing faster and faster. C. Half of the world's water resources have been seriously polluted. D. Humanity has not placed enough value on water resources. As is indicated in the passage, the water problem _________ . A. is already serious in certain parts of the world. B. has been exaggerated by some experts in the field C. poses a challenge to the technology of building reservoirs(水库) D. is underestimated by government organizations at different levels
According to the author, the water price should _______ . A. be reduced to the minimum&&&&&&& B. stimulate domestic demand C. go with its real value&&&&&&& &&&&&D. take into account the occurrences of droughts In order to raise the efficiency of the water supply, measures should be taken to ______ . A. guarantee full protection of the environment B. centralize the management of water resources C. increase the sense of responsibility of agencies at all levels D. encourage local and regional water resources
