谢霆锋受邀出席在澳门举行的米其林指南“感官之旅”星级世纪盛宴，和米其林指南国际总监Michael Ellis作出对话，并向米其林介绍中国美食餐饮的魅力。非大厨出身的谢霆锋，当晚联名7位国际米其林星级大厨，为衣香缤影的“感官之旅”星级晚宴负责主理开胃菜。“谢大厨”也成为米其林历史上的第一任“米其林之友”。宴会现场，谢霆锋为700位宾客亲自设计、制作Amuse Bouche,以原创开胃菜 “Senses Of Fall”(秋天的酸甜苦辣)征服全场，震撼世界，成为历史上首位“米其林之友”。在美食界有如此影响力的米其林授予谢霆锋如此荣誉，是对他一直以来对美食热诚和态度、努力最大的肯定及认可，也为第三季《十二道锋味》画上了圆满的句号。盛宴现场，谢大厨一边直播一边讲解制作菜品的难度，做此菜式是想到人生有酸甜苦辣各种滋味，他还表示要么不做，要做，就要彻彻底底。随后，谢霆锋在台上接受“米其林之友”奖座，并在台上吐露心声。他说道：“我一向与家人关系不算很亲密，但爱上入厨后，我现在每次回家都至少煮一道菜和家人分享，感觉很温暖。”台下的狄波拉对此感动落泪并直言佩服儿子对烹饪的热爱和坚持，家人常有机会试他研发的新菜式感到很幸福温暖。回顾这一季《十二道锋味》，谢霆锋邀请了一帮圈内好友跟着他边旅行边做菜，舒淇、杨紫琼、谢贤、张曼玉、吴君如、甄子丹、阮经天、蔡依林……个个都是大咖，其中不少人还是献出自己的内地综艺首秀。张曼玉如期在这一季的结尾压轴登场。作为选美小姐出道，张曼玉在演艺事业初期也曾被人称为“花瓶”，但她最终还是凭借一个又一个令人难忘的银幕形象证明了自己。而在演艺事业巅峰之时，从零开始做音乐正是她对自己当下人生的新挑战。在《锋味3》中，我们也能看到她那颗永远不惧冒险的“初出茅庐”之心。收官之夜，张曼玉还带谢霆锋去了一家她最喜爱的音乐酒吧。经历了十二年沉淀的张曼玉，全程表现得随性可爱，还毫不讳言自己在音乐方面受到的批评：“所有人都说我唱歌难听啊!但我觉得，每个人每过几年都要挑战一下自己。”接着，她向谢霆锋展示了自己的“挑战计划表”：“我接下来还要画画、种好我的菜和小黄瓜……”张曼玉还自爆从小有一个“理发师梦”。为了满足她的愿望，谢霆锋竟举起“免费理发”的招牌走上街头为张曼玉拉客。除了张曼玉之外，这一季节目中还有多位嘉宾的加盟给人留下了深刻印象。其中，杨紫琼、谢贤、甄子丹等此前都甚少在内地综艺节目中现身，而《十二道锋味》让很多内地观众得以了解这些大咖的“日常习性”。银幕上的甄子丹以“硬汉”形象著称，而谢霆锋也为观众还原了他私下柔软的一面。甄子丹汪诗诗夫妇与谢霆锋同游日本京都时，甄子丹自爆夫妻相处秘笈，更亲自为老婆拉车、做寿司，让观众感叹功夫铁汉在老婆面前也有侠骨柔情。而谢贤的出现，也是本季《十二道锋味》的一大亮点。他参加了两期增设单元“锋味餐厅”的录制。第一期节目中，谢老爸打定主意不夸赞儿子的厨艺，当杨紫琼把菜品喂到他嘴里时，他还直说：“不好吃……更难吃!”不过，他随后邀请现场食客同唱谢霆锋经典歌曲《因为爱所以爱》的一幕，却充分显露了父爱。地观众对杨紫琼的印象比较“标签化”知名打女杨紫琼和谢霆锋录制了两期节目，其间与谢霆锋到了肯尼亚和南非，两人一起喂食长颈鹿、探访草原上的野生动物、与非洲儿童玩游戏、一同乘坐热气球、与企鹅共舞……展露出杨紫琼随性、干练的一面。
