The invention relates to a method for detecting micro RNA (RiboNucleic Acid) molecules in serum, a kit or a biochip used for detecting micro RNA in the serum, a method for detecting and applying the kit or the biochip. The invention aims to detect the change of the micro RNA in the serum and obtain a sort of serum micro RNA probes, the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and the biochip so as to improve the early infection rate of diseases and the accuracy and the healing effect of diagnosis, wherein the serum micro RNA probes have great differential expression degrees in disease and normal physiological states, the PCR kit and the biochip are applied to disease diagnosis, courses of the diseases, the diagnosis of recurrence rates, the prognosis and the efficacy of malignant diseases, and the like. The invention adopts the technical scheme that in the method for detecting the micro RNA in the serum, serum samples are collected 10 microliters of serum is used as a buffer to carry out a reverse transcription reaction for preparing cDNA (Complementary Deoxyribonucleic Acid) samples more than 500 adult micro RNA designed primers are all used for a PCR the agarose gel electrophoresis of reaction products of the PCR is carried out EB (Ethidium Bromide) is strained, and results are observed under an ultraviolet lamp.
