病情分析： 经常进行体育运动的人一般心率都比较慢由于经常锻炼心肌收缩力加强每次射出的血液量多你如果没有异常感觉属于正常现象正常人为窦性心律成人为60~10-0次/分心率在60次/分以下为窦性心动过缓引起心动过缓的原因为：1、生理原因——当迷走神经张力增强时可发生窦性心动过缓青少年与运动员较多见窦性心律的频律随年龄增长而减慢因此老年人也可出现心动过缓2、病理性原因——常见心肌炎、冠心病或心肌病累及窦房结；甲状腺功能减退、高钾血症等心动过缓在40~60次/分时如没有器质性心脏病存在的话一般不会引起明显症状若心率低于40次/分则会出现心排血量降低的症状你经常运动平时心率在50~60次/分左右偶测44次/分无心脏症状多为平时运动迷走神经张力相对增高所致你可再自测几次心率或脉率数脉搏时至少数半分钟这样可减少误差如多次在40多次则应检查有无病理原因存在
