基本意思是“能、会”,是情态动词的重要成员。

个性:1.在句子中不能单独做谓语;
2.后面接动词原形;
3.没有人称和数的变化。
can的句式变化
can的肯定句式是:can+动词原形

Module6Self-assessmentUnit1Youcanplayfootballwell.教案一、教学目标:1、认知目标:(1)熟练掌握和运用单词:well,badly,team,control,catch,really,fantastic。(2)能够运用Canyou….?句型向他人询问并做出答复。并能口头运用I/You/She/Hecancatchtheballwell/badly。等这类语句描述自己及他人的能力。2、语言技能目标:能给与自己与他人正确的评价。3、情感目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生合作意识和自主学习的能力。二、教学内容分析和重难点:教学内容分析:教材通过设计football一事,不仅使学生理解和掌握如何运用You/Ican…well.等句式对自我和他人进行简单的评价、肯定和鼓励,而且使英语学习的过程成为帮助学生肯定自己或他人的能力,积极与他人合作,养成和谐健康向上的品格的过程。重点:掌握句型Youcanplayfootballwell.Youcanjumpreallyhigh.等。难点:运用句型进行对自己和他人的客观评价。三、学情分析:授课班级:小学五年级一班。对于五年级的学生来说,已掌握了一定的语音、词汇、语法、话题表达等英语基础知识,知道如何谈论sports等体育活动;具备了一定的听、说、读、写能力,形成了一定的综合语言运用能力。因此,教学中,应从学生已有的知识、能力、经验和兴趣出发,根据教学内容,采用灵活的教学方法,精心设计教学活动,促使学生在参与、实践、体验、合作与交流活动中学习、运用并掌握知识,进一步发展综合语言运用能力,稳定英语学习兴趣。四、媒体选择和设计:根据五年级学生的认知规律和心理特征,我合理安排本节课的教学内容,利用多媒体课件、录音机等媒体资源优化教学过程,精心设计每一个环节,尽量挖掘教学中新奇有趣的东西,让学生理解掌握。小学生抽象思维的能力还很弱,在教学活动中不能灌输大量的语言知识,因此我充分利用图片实物、多媒体课件等教学工具开展多种形式的英语游戏、英语竞赛、表演、歌谣等活动,做到寓教于乐。课堂中创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会使学生的听力、英语的口头表达能力及实际运用英语的能力得到巩固和提高。五、教学过程:教学内容师生活动媒体应用及策略一、Warm–up(热身复习)1、Greetings。师生互相问好。2、师生跟唱歌曲。3、听指令,做动作,复习已学过的动词或动词词组。如:swim,playbasketball,playfootball,playtabletennis,runfast,jumphigh,jumpfar等。课件展示歌曲:Wecan’tdoit………利用歌曲和TPR活动对已学的动词词组进行了复习,为接下来的新课教学打下了良好的基础。二、Presentation1.设计情景,引出单词badly,well:教师拿起小提琴:Iplaytheviolinbadly.Whatabouthim?课件呈现拉小提琴的画面,并配有优美的梁祝小提琴曲。教师:Doesheplaytheviolinbadly?此时学生早就陶醉在优美的乐曲中,随口边说:Nobadly.教师:Yes,hecanplaytheviolinwell.点击课件同时呈现语言:Hecanplaytheviolinwell.画面周围用不同颜色不同字体的单词well做背景。2.设计情景,引出单词team,catch,control,goalkeeperA.??课件展示姚明图片,教师指屏幕说:YaoMingcanplaybasketballwell.Heisgoodatbasketball.Hecanjumpreallyhigh.随机引出本课重点短语playbasketballwell;begoodat;jumpreallyhigh,并教学这些单词。B.NowheisinNBAteam.课件展示我校足球队、篮球队、舞蹈队、小提琴队,让学生进一步理解team。C.教师:Someofyouwanttobeinfootballteam,youmustcatchtheballwell.教师拿球示范接球并说:catch,课件展示姚明接球的图片,让学生进一步理解catch.。教师和一个学生传球接球,并说:Catchtheball!Becarefull!。在和学生传球时其他的学生用catchtheball为同学加油。这样可以避免其他学生的静场。当学生接住球时,教师有意用到单词fantastic,让学生体会这一单词的意思并教学fantastic。D.教师:Tobeagoodfootballplayer,youmustnotonlycatchtheballwell,butalsocontroltheballwe
