按人类习性不同能看到过去、未来、或其他境界，其中包括自我造的幻界，但自己实终多是保持如一不变的，就和看相关信息一样，很多人会看到真实事界自己很小的时候不知道的事，听说道家可以魂出窍飞道天玩这是有的，要有很高的精神衡定力如果精神不衡定不正见（正确的见解）很容易会进入自我经神幻境。佛家很多杂说上说不喜欢出窍。会对肉身造成伤害但是因人而定不一定的而又说什么身的什么身的不就是和道家一个样。
禅定只是一种境界个人认为可能出现这种状态有目前我知道的有三种方法。第一种恶极弃世，看到自己精神在世界受难受苦痛切心悲而弃世之想而入定，第二种是自然对身边无求而又刚好满足突然遁逸比如无自靠在床上或沙发上有可能会入定。第三种是修练者自愿去修行的是靠受苦而超越其中不为苦所累而修的定境事实上是吃着苦而心里空明着和他磨看谁磨胜谁。
其中第一类和第二类多是属于吏祖自然得道，其中第二类最有福像向在你讲的可以归我为分的第三种是有于一、二中的存在出现了第三类修行，在修行中会有可能出向肚子不太饿而不要吃饭，如果吃饭那么一定要放出去有进就有出，所以说长久入定最好慢慢不吃饭前提是不能很饿所以好多人多是慢慢的减感到饿心里空明着呢那会感到饿，层次加深到一定时脉搏会停止这个我信可是不太清楚了所到那时还会去探脉搏吗,这个时候有于你境界所以外面世界动境多在你潜意之中一清二楚而至别人动一下心意你马上知道大概用语言这样形容个人见解。。
道家的话是可以强行出窍魂飞个道天查看的不过心中最好是不会为所动,其中强行出窍很简单就是方法如下：
以自己肉身唯中心可以定一个点,一般为丹田(上中下多行身上任一定点多行,先发个愿好的愿效果是为了稳定识神，可以参照菩萨发的愿。),闭目观察一下身体,一回安静后想定点发光，要静、稳~放松、慢慢的深吸气，想光球从头顶飞出，边吸边飞吸气时飞出无限远吸气点在想光球上(无境头，无止境直线离身飞）而同时想飞的越远想象身体定点或丹田发光越强。能照到飞出去的光球,这毕需想法要轻轻的的。深呼气时要感从无限远飞回到身体之中的定点，其中想法要自然（这个时候如果你主重身体定点的光那么会很安全如果主重飞出去的光那么容易在以后出出现头顶百会穴出窍,练久了不是在练时出窍而是在不经意之中自己会出窍。而第二次呼吸是向脚底要静、稳、放松、光从脚底飞出吸气时飞出无限远中而同时越远想象身体发的光越亮光的亮点要在自己定的丹田或自己定的身上。第三次头顶第四次脚如此反复慢慢36次左右,然后所有光回归自己身体定的点上安静观看30分种安稳了才放开。如此这样修行不久就会出现魂自动出窍(不一定是在练功中会在别的时候出出窍机率变很高，如有任何不稳定精神波动那是你定力不行马上练只观看丹田或自己定的身上定点不动就能回复。一般一个星期左右没毕要修练太多
听道家们留言说出窍飞天如果精神难受不震呼悠才会减寿命，如果不难受还舒服是可以加寿命的。如果减寿可能会减少个几天重者几年寿命谁知道啊?所以先声明了强练出窍,没有足购本钱会难受,精神受累就减寿的可能，所以说不要练为好，如果难受就不要练)。如无难受可以练。但如果你己练成大周天那就好很多一般向在大周天成的极少练成的标准是通气后出现忘我两境界或胎息这是周天运气如没出象可能没通吧。当然练功前多想好的东西和心愿望。忘掉放轻松,在练哦。
另外杂论大家要注意出窍后做的事实上潜意思会做N次也就是说你做一次好事、修一次身、行一次善潜意思会跟着做、你出窍见去看一个人,事实上会见N次的只当然也有见一次的，要注意己脱离了肉身不要把人习性带过去。大盖记载中我说的这个出窍方法最好了以后我找个更好的发出来。然后你定力足购了那么这个自己可以飞到任何想去的地方游戏三界,也许叫阳神或佛教叫什么来的？事实上人人多有就是我们自己飞出去玩。
事实上我认为是物种精神世界。多是很假地。不过还不如在那装傻什么多假地
道家是认为只有我为真实像其他像多没用的，也就是说其他全是假像，而后天地万物接是我生我是。佛家是认为所有象为假象为我心空明万物。会不会 不过道家越强的人就越是隐居得很深。
