　　iphone的售后一直都为人所称道，更有一种说法：iPhone只要在保修期损坏了，就可以直接去售后换新机。这是真的吗？当然不是。
　　一、假如我们的iPhone可能出现了问题，千万不要私自拆机维修，正确的做法是直接到苹果的官方直营店中寻求帮助。如果iPhone不是在苹果官网、Apple Store等官方渠道购买的，需要带上保修卡和发票。
　　二、如果所在城市没有官方Apple Store的话，也可以到苹果官方的授权维修商进行维修。不过需要注意的是，一定要确认是苹果授权的维修商，一切以官网查找结果为准。并不是每一个打着苹果旗号的街边维修手机店，都是官方授权的。
　　三、如果故障的iPhone确认为硬件损坏，并且没有明显的认为损伤和私拆情况，当场就可以换机。但是，如果不能够确认故障的话，iPhone则需要送厂检测。
　　四、送厂检测要有一星期的时间，在此之后才能知道是否能换机。在这期间，苹果的售后人员会提供一个备用机供用户来选择是否使用。如果我们需要使用的话，千万要小心不要损坏备用机。
　　五. 换机成功后，我们完全不需要担心售后服务人员换给我们的是翻新机，因为机子是全新的。只是机子的型号换了，换机前的 iPhone 型号为 MG492/ch，换机后换成了 NG492/ch。
