Formerly know as Developing Active Pharamceutical Ingredients, this conference tailored for the Asian process chemistry community has been developed from the popular and
influential international conference on "Organic Process Research and Development".
This conference will feature a mix of international and local presenters who will provide a forum for the discussion of issues related to synthetic route design, development, optimisation and scale-up.
The conference will contain a variety of industrial presentations, selected to emphasise their companies' approach to these issues, with case studies in the development of new processes.

Organic Process Research & Development reports works in the broad field of process chemistry encompassing aspects of organic chemistry, catalysis, analytical chemistry, and chemical engineering. There is special focus on the development and optimisation of chemical reactions and processes and their transfer to a larger scale, via large laboratory and pilot plant operations, for manufacture. The journal covers R&D in the fine organic chemicals and specialty chemicals industries, including pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, dyestuff and photographic chemicals, flavors and fragrances, electronics, intermediates, food additives, and specialty polymers, and academic chemistry related to work in these industries.
