基于只能显示车外温度,不能检测舱内温度,而且手动空调不能自动调温,萌发了加装温控器的念头,这样既能显示,又能控制舱内温度,一举两得。于是在万能的淘宝上逛了一大圈,淘到了一个比较合适的温控器

先介绍一下温控器
显示头的外型尺寸为:
长:40.2(mm)&&宽:12.8(mm)&&厚:12(mm)
性能参数:
工作电压:9~15V(注:也可以工作于5V,有需要时咨询掌柜)
显示温度:-55~125℃,显示精度0.1℃(注:-10度以下和100度以上不显示小数点后的温度值)
控制温度:1~120℃
温度回差:0.1~5℃,回差值设置步进为0.1℃
两种输出模式:”CC: 0“为制冷模式,”CC: 1“为加热模式。两种模式的控制动作是相反的

制冷模式:“CC: 0”时控制动作:
测量温度&=设定温度+(温度回差),继电器吸合,开启空调制冷;测量温度=&设定温度-(温度回差),继电器断开,就停止空调。
(示例:设定温度为25度,回差0.5度。那么25.5及以上度继电器吸合,24.5度及以下继电器断开)
加热模式:“CC: 1”时的控制动作和制冷模式相反。

使用方法:
1、设置温度
& && &&&在正常工作状态下,按一下左键,设定温度减1度,并显示1秒钟,然后自动返回工作状态。按一下右键,设定温度加1度,并显示1秒钟,然后自动返回工作状态。设置范围1~120℃,所设定的温度是即时保存的,掉电不会丢失。
2、设置回差与控制模式
& && &在正常工作状态下,长按左键,松手即进入回差设置,显示格式HC:x.x (x.x就是设定的回差,出厂值为0.5℃)。此时按一下右键,回差值就加0.1℃,按定就不停的加,最大为5.0℃。调整好回差值后,再按一下左键,进入制冷加热模式调整,显示格式CC:&&x,此时按右键进行设整。x=0是制冷模式,x=1加热模式。然后再按一下左键,保存回差值与模式值,并返回正常工作状态。保存的数据掉电不会丢失。
3、关闭温控程序
在正常工作状态下,长按右键,松手即关闭温控程序,数码管显示:-OFF。再按一下右键,就再次打开温控程序。

上车安装,温控器的线从空调控制器下面的缝里穿进去,缝很大,为了拆装方便,准备将温控器的线,在饰板处剪断,加一个接插件,等包线束的醋酸胶布到了,再拆一次,顺便加上。

1.设置工作模式,CC: 0“为制冷模式,”CC: 1“为加热模式”
2.根据工作模式,将温度旋钮调到最冷或最热,风速开关调到1档。制冷时记得打开AC开关哦。
在温度未到设定值时,温控器继电器接点吸合,风机转为3档,风量加大。之所以选3档,因为4档实在太吵,受不了。
当温度达到设定值时,温控器继电器接点断开,风机转为1档,风量减小。如此循环。
当然,在这过程中,也可以随意调节风速。
