姥姥款307清洗空调鼓风机+空调入风口密封作业
马上就要进入夏天了，白天气温开始高了，开始使用空调了。经过一个冬天，空调很久没用过了，今天一开，我嘞个去，怎么从出风口吹很多黑色的海绵。仔细一看，自己都吓一跳了，驾驶台的出风口全是海绵堵塞了，奇怪，这个地方怎么会有这玩意，老鼠也不可能进啊。于是抱着好心心态，决心找找这个海绵的出处。之前对空调的投入也比较大，每年换一次曼牌的活性炭的空调滤芯，每半年自己拆出来用高压风枪吹一次。每年自己清洗一次蒸发器。但是就一直没有洗过鼓风机，这次干脆一并折腾，好好洗洗。
动手前，好好的研究了的帖子，之前他在本坛子发过很详细的帖子，灰常好用。研究透切再动手，可以少走很多冤枉路啊。

鼓风机拆下后，我发现这个貌似和 yww2007tt 的有点不同，他的车风扇调速电阻是独立的，而我的这个风扇调速电阻是很电机装在一起的，他的拆开后可以直接看到蒸发器，我的这个拆开后是看不到蒸发器的，可以得出一个结论。手动空调和自动空调的肯定是不一样的了。

清洁干净后，感觉那个轴承很涩，加点润滑剂吧，WD-40是不二的选择，为防止喷到到处是，用这个滴的比较好用。

继续折腾，拆副驾位的。副驾位要把手套箱拆除才可以看到里面东东。
黑色的管道是外循环的入风口，看到这里，我百思不得其解，这么这里有个这么大的缝隙（黄色箭头所指处），我以为是没有装好，裂开了，于是试着用手掰合拢，，不行。

仔细查看，外加手摸，终于找到了答案。原来两个管道间是有一定间隙，中间有海绵垫着，起到密封作用。时间长了。海绵上的双面胶脱落了，于是就把海绵全吹到出风口了。而这里留下的一个大缝隙，空调在设定为内循环的时候也有大量的外面空气涌入，造成了制冷效率下降。

找到原因就好办了，得重新想办法密封好。用原来方法肯定不好，想到了用玻璃胶类的来粘，想想那个时间长了，也容易脱落，于是想到了帮朋友改音响是用的沥青胶，这个好用，和橡皮泥一样，可以随意捏造型，正好填补间隙。

安装完后启动空调试验，感觉风速开到最低的时候，风比以前大多了，这和清理了出风口堵塞的海绵有关，估计也和那个鼓风机电机润滑了有关，入风口密封后，现在空调开到最小档也凉凉的，毕竟这么大的风口密封好了，制冷效率提升不少了。
弄了一个下午，终于把这个给弄好，天色已晚，决定蒸发器就不清洗了，留着下次吧。这次最大的感受就是，鼓风机的位置安装的太巧妙了，跪爬各种姿势都用上了，折腾。如果想好操作一点，还是要拆驾驶位的座椅，我就是因为不想拆座椅，所以难度大了很多。
