激光二极管抽运的全固态激光器(DPSSL) 以其高效率、小型化、长寿命
等优点，成为近 20
年来激光领域研究的热点。掺钕(Nd3+) 固体激光介质一

析，明确了其中存在的主要问题 。针对关系激光晶体(Nd:GdVO4
)散热性能的最重要参量— 热导率 λ (T ) ，目前国际上众说纷纭，实
际测量了两者的热导率，并得到了其随温度变化的大致趋势。对于 Nd3+ 掺
杂浓度为 0.5
at.% 的两种晶体，在 T=25 ℃时其 a
轴的热导率分别约为 7.3
W/m ?K 和 6.7
W/m?K ，因此，得出在常温下 Nd:GdVO4
晶体热导率略大，但
