不要吸烟及被动吸烟，不要吃辛辣等刺激性食物，及时的检查还是有必要的，如咽喉检查、血常规等检查，确定原因最关键的。
都查过了，也没有看出哪里有毛病，就是咳嗽堵，越咳越厉害
放松情绪也是很重要的，可以考虑配合中药调理。
