检查手指是否干净，有没有指纹磨损，最后重启手机试试看
擦拭指纹传感器然后尝试，再不行重启手机试试能不能解决了
关机 按住音量键上+电源键开机 开机有个机器人的图像 按home键(像房子)选择wipe data Factory reset 按菜单键 恢复出厂设置 然后选择reboot aystem now 按菜单键重新启动

华硕笔记本电脑指纹设置的具体步骤：开始→控制面板→硬件和声音→生物特征设备生物特征设备→更改生物识别设置更改生物识别设置→生物识别启用→保存更改如果 勾选允许用户使用指纹登录到Windows→无需保存更改（灰色不可用）如果，开机并不能识别指纹，可能是该设备的驱动程序不匹配。保持联网更新匹配的生物识别设备驱动程序即可。系统和安全→系统→设备管理器→右键点击 生物识别设备（驱动异常会有黄色警示号）→更新驱动程序软件（保持联网，自动更新）生物识别（指纹识别）功能一般应用在商务机上，如果是家用电脑，且没有被别人乱用的顾虑，还是关闭该功能比较好，因为有识别出错进不去系统的案例。生物识别关闭→保存更改

=1)个后就在保存，然后就是注册指纹的时候一定要慢慢的滑下（是从上网下的。，要有耐心，可能一个指头会尝试好几次才可以（我刚开始就这样的），可以注册一个或者个，当你注册了n(n &gt，但要贴住才有反应）。别太使劲了你可以先把下的驱动先在控制面板里卸了再重新去官网下个 ，要注意自己的型号，然后有个选项是“有指纹XX来登陆”，打勾，保存就行了。最重要的是指纹注册的时候很麻烦，一定要耐心。
